23 days and still nothing
Ordered on the 24th of October. Tried to get into contact and it didn’t work then got an email saying I was being refunded (10 November) and then a different email saying my parcel is being shipped and still no sign of anything it says 3-4 days shipping it has now been 23 days and no contact from the team or anything. Will never use again (order no. 17774439)

Unfortunately, the carrier Fastway has recently been declared bankrupt, which has resulted in delayed deliveries and returns. In your case, the products were returned to us, after which our system immediately created a new shipment for you. According to our records, this new parcel was delivered to you by the new carrier on 17 November.
