Though very friendly over the phone, they somehow by mistake replaced our order, resulting in a massive delay and two attempted delivery essays during our absence. As we live in France, the french postal services send the merchandise back. Then it took us over 5 weeks to retrieve our money back. A second order via a friend of ours was originally accepted, but after a short while and being aware that destination again is France, was cancelled by them. Though we very much would like the item, European deliveries appear to create problems.
