Not a great experience at all
Not a great experience at all. Have been waiting weeks and still no sign of the slide. Have sent emails asking for an update and just get an automatic response with ticket number.
Supposedly the support team will review it shortly. Still no response...
If I had known this originally I never would have placed an order.
