Constant disconnections
The connection is unreliable, with constant packet loss and daily disconnects. It's almost impossible to get real tech support – they just try to sell me more bandwidth, as if that’s going to fix it.

Thanks for your honest opinion. We are sorry that you are dealing with problems regarding your internet connection.
If this is still the case, a tip: Resetting the router often helps. Press and hold the reset button at the back until all the lights come on. Then wait until the router has reinstalled itself. This can take up to 15 minutes.
