Shocking company. I have used them before and did get a phone in 2015 so went back again. Ordered a phone and advert stated 6 to 8 days. Chased them for an update after 9 days using online chat. Advised would be sent an update email. No reply. Today no one picked up the phone. Did online chat and was told a shipment had been stolen and the management had stopped all orders. Nothing on website of course. Then told 25 working days for a refund! ! Awful company. Avoid like the plague.
