Promised a product that was not actually in stock…
Promised a product that was in stock and only after the purchase did we get informed there was an issue with the supplier. We needed this item with urgency and paid more for it, than other vendors, to get it, it ended up reaching us twice as late as other vendors. Even though the vendor was reachable and attentious, I cannot feel satistfied with the whole outcome of this. Another point to mention as well is we got a different Delivery service than the one we paid extra for, it was something else other than DHL so that's another issue to mention as well.

First of all, thank you for your review, because, in any case, it helps us improve.
Now, I'll try to answer you.
First of all, I didn't make any promises, and given the current situation, I can't allow myself to do so; there are too many delays with deliveries.
Second, it clearly states that the item is unavailable because it's made-to-order only and the quantity is zero.
Third, to clarify this for you, each product clearly states how many items are in stock or not.
Fourth, especially for people like you who don't read, I've clearly written everything that needs explaining for each item in bold, red letters.
Finally, DHL wasn't providing the service, so to send you the goods without further delays, I shipped with BRT, which delivered in six days.
In conclusion, if it says there's zero stock, how can you expect immediate shipping?
Great product!
Had the product that was impossible to find.
Shipping was a bit expensive, but apart from that great!

Citizen case bottom gaskets
Order was shipped within the promised timeframe and arrived very fast with UPS! Original gaskets in Citizen packaging. I am absolutely satisfied.

Received the wrong dimension glasses…
Received the wrong dimension watch glasses and received no reaction at all after reporting. If you want I can send you pictures of the diameter which is 31,3mm. the height 1,8mm is 1,84mm but that is fine. But 31,3mm does not fit in a watch when you order 30,5mm glasses.

Ho controllato il magazzino e il tuo ordine, ti posso garantire che ti sono stati spediti i vetri da te ordinati in quanto, facendo tutti i documenti tramite scanner barcode non ci sono stati errori ed i controlli hanno dato esito positivo.
