Warning: Do not buy anything from YFM. I had problems with a return. The shop confirmed that everything was OK and that the refund would be processed within 14 days. At some point, I received an email stating that the item was defective, but this was not the case. The email from the shop also stated that I should leave a good review and then I would be refunded.

I had a very disappointing experience with YoungFashionMinds (YFM) regarding a return and refund request.

I placed my order on March 31, 2026 and received it on April 15, 2026. After receiving the items, I requested a return on April 18, well within the 14-day return period stated on their website.

Their support team initially confirmed the return process and instructed me to register the return, also stating that I would receive a return label from Lithuania. However, despite multiple follow-up emails, no return label was ever provided.

Instead of resolving the issue, communication became increasingly frustrating and contradictory:
•⁠ ⁠On April 27, they replied with information about refunds taking up to 14 days, despite the fact that I was still waiting for the actual return label.
•⁠ ⁠On April 28, they admitted that they had still not sent the label and instead tried to push an exchange or store credit.
•⁠ ⁠I clearly refused and requested the refund I was entitled to under their own return policy.

After several emails and delays entirely caused by their support team, they then began claiming that too much time had passed for the return, even though my original withdrawal request was submitted fully within the allowed timeframe.

What disappointed me most was not even the delay itself, but the complete lack of proper assistance and accountability. I had to chase support repeatedly just to receive vague, generic, or unrelated responses while the actual issue remained unresolved.

I have retained the full email history and timestamps documenting the entire process.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when relying on this company’s advertised return policy.

I ordered a tracksuit which was never delivered. Asked for help on both of their "service" mail-addresses: NO REACTION. What a rip-off, these guys are thieves.

So far the best sweat piece that I own🔥For someone shorter as me (161cm) the XS sweats were perfect length, hoodie is an oversized one that’s for sure. Material inside out - great, it’s craaaazy warm. What I appreciate the most is the details on both of the pieces, looks SICK💯

Loooove my YMF tracksuit. The quality is excellent! It’s extremely comfortable and the navy blue colour is such a great navy blue! Looooooove!!!!

Very bad customer service, afer order was placed, I noticed I have ordered the wrong item.
Delivery was in Switzerland, so I contacted immediately the customer service less tha n8 hours after the order.
Usually on serious online portals you have hte possibility to cancel your order immediately.
Answer never came, the item was shipped and sending back meant for me ot pay a total of 26 EUR only for shipping fees. Great! I'll never buy anything anymore on this webshop.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I returned an item after my teenager tried it once — it was clean, undamaged, and in perfect condition. However, the company claimed it was "defective" and refused to issue a refund.

I’ve ordered from many online shops before and never had a problem with returns until now. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in their customer service and return policy. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering, as you may not be fairly treated if you need to return an item.
