Do not fall for the lies of this fake brokerage, it's unlicensed and operated by false agents pretending to be professional traders. They bait you by using attractive incentives and profits on false investment deals. I fell for their tricks once and almost lost all my capital. I opened an account and was given an account manager to help with any requests or issues. The manager convinced me to fund my account and get started growing my capital. I invested a total of 5000 euros into my account.
As i proceeded, i start having issues with their trading features. Little did i know it was all a ruse to get my money. I got tired of trying and requested for my money back. My money wasn't processed for days and i started calling the manager and customer support to fix the issue. However, i couldn't reach neither one of them. The calls went on for days without any response or feedback. I suspected something was foul about the situation and i reported them to the FCA. I learnt about the company being fake and unlicensed from an official report provided by the FCA.
I thought i had lost all my money until i reported them to BermudaFinance Security, a cybersecurity firm. They helped retrieve my money through a coin chargeback process, since i made my payment with bitcoin. I urge you to stay away from Xtradefactory, they are only interested in taking your money.
