Very good services and support. High quality all the time.

My server went down due to "extraordinary maintenance" and after reinstalling the OS, it finally came back online. However, the SMTP ports (25, 587, 465) that were previously open are now closed.

I contacted support, and while they confirmed my VPS is online, they haven't addressed the SMTP port issue yet. I'm still waiting for them to unblock the ports so I can send emails from my server.

The server itself works, but if you rely on email functionality, be aware that port 25 may be blocked by default and requires a separate request to unblock.

Staff are friendly. The price is quite good and the specs are decent, especially for Italy. I use this service to run a non-exit Tor relay and it's working well so far. They do advertise unmetered FUP but end up suspending the service if you use what they judge to be "more than average" (this must have been around 8 TB/month). They are very flexible though and, after finding that I prepaid for a year of service, generously increased my bandwidth limits.

However, there were some hiccups in getting the VPS up and running. Attempting to install via a custom ISO would consistently cause their entire site to crash, and they struggled to get it working. Tickets were getting auto-closed whenever they responded (even when asking a question or requesting additional information), but this has been solved. Additionally, there were a number of network performance problems, although they have since been fixed as well.

Overall I think the service is very promising. There may be some kinks to work out, but that's normal for smaller or newer hosting providers.

They sold me a completely blacklisted VPS and aren't responding.

We’ve been working with this provider for our VPS infrastructure, and the experience has been very positive. The servers are stable, performance is consistent, and the network quality meets our expectations.

What stands out the most is their responsiveness. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the support team replied quickly and handled the requests professionally.

Pricing is also reasonable compared to the quality of service provided. Overall, we’re satisfied and plan to continue working with them for our ongoing projects.

Whenever i have a problem i have to wait for hours then the respond with a simple "oh yeah check here" doesnt work! then i cant login in my vps anymore because its suspended for no reason.. would not recommend

BRO I WANT TO OPEN MY SERVER

I have been a customer of XeniaHosting for months, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

On October 26, 2025, my VPS suddenly crashed and became completely inaccessible. I immediately opened a support ticket and was told the issue was on their side and would be fixed within minutes. However, when the VPS came back online, I discovered that my important project files had been rolled back 39 days, from October 26 to September 17.

Since then, I have been unable to access my VPS at all. I could not log in via root or manage my files. Despite continuous communication with support over more than 34 days, almost all responses were unhelpful, inconsistent, or contradictory. Sometimes they claimed the issue was packet loss, other times a node failure, or an operating system problem. At no point was a clear solution provided, nor could I recover my data.

I repeatedly requested a resolution, explaining that I could not make backups because I had no access to the server. The support staff repeatedly told me to make backups or reinstall the system — instructions I could not possibly follow. Eventually, they suggested a “data recovery” that would delete all my files, which I refused because these files represented over four years of work, including critical databases for my network.

After weeks of back-and-forth, I was finally offered a refund — but only as account credit, not to my original payment method. This is completely unacceptable, as I have already shut down my network and lost all the work I invested over 4 years.

In summary, my experience with XeniaHosting has been extremely poor:

Unresponsive and unhelpful support

Contradictory explanations of the problem

No access to my VPS or ability to recover data

A complete loss of critical work

A refund only offered as account credit, which is useless to me

I strongly advise anyone considering this service to think carefully. The support and service are unreliable, and any critical issue may result in permanent data loss without proper resolution.

The most frustrating part is that, despite losing all my files and not being compensated, 27 out of the 34 days since opening the ticket passed without any meaningful response while I repeatedly contacted support.

i've been a customer with xenia hosting for 3 months and for now i can tell that they are the best .

really great and fast support. the team do thier best to get you the product as fast as possible!

The initial service is excellent, but when you agree on things with them, they don't deliver. I bought 6 Ryzen 9 9950X servers with 2TB NVMe, 192GB RAM, and 2x IPv4 /24 on each server.

Then they deliver the server with missing memory, disk space, and IP, and they say they will add the missing hardware, but they don't. They take too long to do this, and I was migrating my entire structure to them, I had to leave everything behind and continue where I was, because even though it's bad, it's still better than Xeniahosting. They need to talk and do what they say, it's really sad.

They are scammers which also don't have enough skill to control good this hosting. My second vps doesnt work when i maked new order and no one have skills to resolve the issue. After that i make money refund (paypal case/report) and i take my money for this innactive vps. They see too late this paypal case and terminate first my vps where everything is correct from my and xeniahosting side. After first vps termination i asked for any compensation because that is normally and i have paid last few days fo 1 month renew but they refused. I report again on paypal and again win the case.

Very bad service, I do not recommend trying it. The support team was not responsive, and the services have many problems. I lost my money for no reason.

They don’t give you the correct support you want and saying they don’t offer you support unless you pay them.. never had any issue with other companies who give you good support. These guys don’t give you support only bothered about your money. I would advice people not to use this hosting company
