I have been using xooms for awhile (2021 to now, 2024?) and have enjoyed it. Occasionally the service will buffer or video on demand won't work but the providers are pretty responsive. You have to be a little tech savvy to understand why it might not work. Sometimes its your internet, or firestick, or tivimate, or the VPN. Understanding how to troubleshoot these issues on my own has made it 100x more valuable than paying for cable. I will definitely keep using it...

Made the mistake of paying for a year sub. Used it twice for a short period of time (minutes), but its always down, unable to login. Now trying to either get my money back or to get them to fix it, loads of messages and replies far in between with nothing to actually fix it or answer my questions. Avoid at all cost.

Took the money and the service went down a week later. Promised to move everyone to a new temporary server, now they say they can't accommodate everyone because of money out of their pocket. So it's ok to collect from customers when there are no issues, but should problems arise, "we can't help you". Sounds like an insurance company. 3 years and now they are walking away from their commitments by washing their hands and starting over again. Shameful business model.
Constant buffering/Excuses/English programs get last priority
Constant buffering, shows and movies not updated. I would have to reach out to their tech support almost weekly with issues, the buffering happened on the weekend the most busiest times and their server probably couldn't handle it , (it wasn't my device because during the week no issues). They say they have the latest shows and when I say they don't have all the episodes uploaded they will say our speciality is live tv, then live tv does what...constantly buffers! I've spent hours dealing with them...stay far away! Support tickets go unanswered and you have to constantly reach out to them. The worst is to see the latest movies in available in usually arabic but never english when they were/are english based movies...made no sense whatsoever. Improve your service instead of trying to punish customers who point out issues! oh and the other reviews are probably fake......response to their reply... this is the fastest i at all you have ever responded...should i submit the transcripts showing the failure to respond. You fail to mention I had a one month subscription and then renewed to add more connections, during that time all the issues happened. You then again try to blame me for connection issues when the support ticket clearly states they were able to replicate the problem on their end also. Poor excuse for an iptv. How is not having updated programs a user issue? Ridiculous. A 520 error is a server issue on your end.

Liz's patience.... i'm a senior. she stayed communicating with me until we tried everthing. her last resort was install smarters pro by itself and BINGO! it worked. thanks again Liz for being patient with this senior. xoom..... Liz is a keeper!

I recently had a login issue and addressed it via xoomstv support on telegram. Amanda is an absolute superstar and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! She addressed my issue within minutes and went out of her way to address all secondary questions. She was so helpful, I subscribed to an even longer package as this was probably the most enjoyable exchange I’ve had with customer/tech support online. 5/5/ stars. The service is great and the support is even better.
New to this service
I contacted support on Telegram for a free trial which was set up within 30 minutes....
Been on the service about 3 weeks and apart from a few EPG issues the experience has been fine. I am keeping my backup service for now while I see how this plays out for me and if I want to stick with them long term....
Good and reliable service
I've been using the service for the past 3 months and I must say it is the best I have used, I've had little to no issues with their service even when there is, it is quickly resolved, I definitely will be extending my sub with them.

Going for another sub 3 months this time after testing in the past month. Service is very stable for the most part & issues resolved quickly by the team. I just hope it stays this way 👍

I have not been with them long but first impression was very good. Purchase was easy and they already use my favorite streaming app. One connection per device for optimal streaming but they have options for more....

Could not ask for better service. 99% uptime, quick support and affordable plans. I definitely plan to stick around after my 3 months subscription ends if the service stays the same
