VVS & Bygg (RörFokus) does not have any product. After you give them money, they will buy from supplier and will take long time or no delivery.

Worst online shopping portal ever. Never answered any of my emails. Refund after 5 months through Klarna.

Do not buy from them! There is no delivery, and no replies when you contact their customer service. Luckily i used Klarna for paying, so i got my money back.

At the moment of writing this review, their website is not even available anymore (under construction).

Ordered parts delivery time 5-10 working days. After 15 days no shipment yet. You can't phone them or chat with them, only sent an e-mail via the contact form on the webshop. No reply at all after several attempts!

Do not order at this webshop if you want to have your parts on time or if you want to get in contact with the company!!!! Worthless.

Made an order in the beginning of June. estimated delivery 5-7 days. Nothing have yet arrived. Customer service is none existent. You can't mail or phone them. You need to use there web to send a request. After 2 week of no response I created an account to see my ticket. It was closed. Opened it again but after a week it's closed again. Not sure if they even look at these or not. Will never order anything from them ever again. Luckily I order via Klarna So i was able to pause the payment.

I ordered and payed the order 100110492 of a pump for 6000 kr! Absolutely horrible and non existing customer service, no information about delivery apart from false "4 days".
If I don't get any delivery within next 3 days I report this site as scam to my bank and police.

HEATING ELEMENTS ordered 30 May 2020. Customer service phones disconnected and not reply to emails. 10K of radiators, nothing yet and its July. WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there a service to contact for small claims court against this kind of fraud?

I have bought a furniture for my bathroom 2 months ago and still not received. Tried contacting the store several times and received no answer and no tracking number. Just want to cancel the order and get a full refund but I receive no answer.

Very poor service, zero answer from customer service. Not received the order after three weeks, not have any delivery date and they took the money! We order some furniture for the bathroom at the beginning of April, the delivery was expected after 4-5 working days. Still waiting. We try to contact the company and ZERO REPLY. At this point we just want our money back (#100105090).

Ordered a new tap from this place on february 2:Nd with the promised delivery time of 5 - 10 days.

Got an invoice on the 8:Th which I was stupid enough to pay as I was paying other invoices.

Today its the 22:Nd, and two weeks after I got the invoice there are no sign what so ever of a delivery, nor do i get any replies from the customer service (which promises to answer within 24 hours... what a joke).

Says orders will take 5-10 work days to deliver. I have now waited 14 days without a delivery notification, only the Klarna invoice has come (and is soon due). The response back from customer service (through mail only) is that it might be shipped next week.
I have asked VVS & Bygg to cancel my order since it has taken too long but no reply from them yet.

At least VVS & Bygg should have contacted me if they have problems delivering goods instead of me having to chase them for an update.

Will not shop from them again nor can I recommend.

I approached customer service several times without response. Not professional no matter the reason....

Same issue as most here. I ordered a small item on December 20, 2020 - still not received anything. I’ve sent messages via their contact form - no response. There is no available contact number. They’ve taken my money.

Scam. Made a purchase and paid through Klarna. Never received the order nor tracking info, nor answers to my emails (phone and chat on the site are off). Avoid!

I order 10 bit sets and I receive 10 bits. The shop couldn't own up to its own pricing mistake and sent me random items instead. I waited 2 weeks for a reply from customer service only to hear that I'll be reimbursed rather sent the correct items.
