I asked for a refund. It never came. I opened a case with PayPal. Vrimlo asked me to please close the case with p.p. and they will issue a refund. Never issued a refund after I closed the case. What a lousy business model. No integrity whatsoever!

Awful company do not order!!!!!!!! I will be reporting them tomorrow! Ordered 3 weeks ago with no product and no responses to emails!!! Fraud!!!

Avoid like the plague. Sent wrong item which was useless to me, then offered me a small % back. I said no so they offered me a bit more. I told them I didn't want it so they asked me to return it to China!! Months of arguing so took it to PayPal. Thank heavens for them!

Does anyone know exactly how to get a hold of Vrimlo? We ordered something 4 months ago and have yet to receive it … There is no contact information anywhere for our bank to get our money back … Please help

Advertised LumaDent Custom FULL Dentures.

What came was not advertised.
It was more like a kids toy teeth. Not even full.
It was suppose to be full dentures you put in boiling water to mould to fit your mouth or teeth.

Total scam company. Please read the reviews and do not use this company!!!
I spent almost €400 on lights and 9 months later am waiting to have the money refunded because I could never get the lights through customs because of a problem on their end. Now the lights are who knows where and I am out of pocket and very upset and angry.

CAN’T TRUST
First only half a light was sent - glass but no fittings.
Then the wrong coloured light was sent, despite ordering and paying for matching lights.
Now I have been chasing for weeks and week for the correct coloured light to be sent and no resolution.
My original order was on 3rd April 2025 and the issue is still ongoing today (19th June 2025).
All I would like is the correct coloured light with all its parts that I have paid for, it’s not complicated.

Complete fraudsters. Do not provide refunds for returned goods even when faulty.

Terrible experience – money down the drain! Do not buy from this company!

On March 8, I ordered two bathroom towel racks from VRIMLO (€74.35 including shipping protection). They were delivered on March 19, but both arrived damaged—even though the packaging was intact. The screws provided didn’t fit, so the racks couldn’t be assembled.

I contacted “Marie” via email (the company has no phone support). She offered to send me two different, simpler racks, and I could throw the broken ones away. Suddenly I had to pay €27 for shipping—something we never agreed on.

I then asked to return the order and get a refund. That was approved, but the return address was in Hong Kong. At the post office I found out it would cost €60 to return—almost as much as the original order! I requested a return label or response number and got a different address in Hong Kong, again without a tracking/response number. The post office refused the shipment, so I had to take the package home again.

Marie then wrote that they have no other return address.

So now I’m left with damaged, useless items, no refund, and a lot of wasted time and money.

Poor product quality, even worse customer service. A complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid £64 for a gilet which arrived too late for my holiday and when I returned, despite ordering a size larger than I normally take, it was far to small. Believing that UK law applied and that I had 2 weeks to return the item for a full refund, I contacted the company using the advised email address. I waited a week without response, and so, sent another email without response.
Having grown tired with this, I initiated a dispute through PayPal and was initially offered £20 refund and to keep the gilet. Seven weeks later, after four further offers, I have eventually settled for £58, which, given that I have not been asked to return the item, is a fair settlement.
The company gives the false impression that it is a Norwegian company, but it trades from China. Had I not paid for the gilet through Paypal I am doubtful my case would have been resolved. I will not deal with this company again and in view of all the adverse reviews on this site I am surprised that PayPal offer their facilities.
I would have offered a link to the full transcript of 12 messages sent and received on PayPal but this platform does not allow links in reviews and there isn't enough space to copy all the text.

I have had a terrible experience with Vrimlo. They delivered the wrong item (later than promised), changed the price after I had paid, did not deliver the second item I ordered, refunded only part of the price of the item not delivered and refuse to take back the incorrect item delivered. Stay away from this company.

Si je pouvais mettre 0/5 je le ferai. Les délais de livraisons étaient innacceptables ! + 15 jours sans communication proactive.

Nous n'avons pas reçu le produit tel que décrit sur leur site ( couleur, texture et qualité). Soit disant anti dérapant....il glisse et présente un facteur de danger pour toutes les personnes amenées à circuler dessus. Je me suis bléssé!

Nous demandons d'enclencher leur procédure de retour et remboursement.

J'ai l'impression que c'est TEMU qui s'occupe de la relation client. N'achetez rien sur VRIMLO! c'est un scandale. De plus oubliez l'obtention d'une facture après l'achat, vous devez demander, attendre et obtenir un torchon qui ne respecte pas les conditions élémentaires.
