Ordered the paint a couple of days ago. Arrived today well rapped. Colour is an excellent match. This is my first time using there services. I'm 100 percent happy with my experience. I won't hesitate to use them in the future.

Great service, staff were very helpful, matched my colour perfectly, even though i only gave them terrible samples to work from! Gave me advice on how to get the best from my product, and even had a bit of banter with me :)
I was confident enough to paint my leather sofa leaving the store, and the tips I got made it turn out so well...
So you know.... Wahoo! Lol
Would 100% recommend and will go back if I ever need to match any colour.

Spent over 300 euro on leather sofa paint. No directions on paint so asked staff for directions. Was told "we just sell the stuff". Paint all peeled off within days. When I rang to complain was told I should have used adhesive promoter first. Thanks for that Vinny Byrnes.

Purchased 3 car spray cans mixed to the colour code of my car , started the job and the cans were a disaster, paint bumbling and dripping everywhere two of the cans were terrible , I found the colour was a lot darker, but I was told that due to age of my car 💁but it was a lot darker , they did replace the two cans ,, went to Halfords and found the colour with same code and that was an exact match , cans half the price and no mess at all !!!!

I bought paint for leather sofa there. It was delivered to me in a matter of days and so well packaged. It’s a very busy shop but still the staff gave me as much of their time to advise me on painting sofa after a good few phone calls. Would definitely recommend buying paint from them

Couldn't be more helpful! I had a scratch on my bonnet and the the shop assistant got my card colour code and mixed up a paint match for me within 10 minutes!

2 different orders of brake cleaner arrived with no caps and caps broken and some of the cans sprayed in the box ,completely badly boxed wrong ,emailed they,left phone number ect, the first time and they done the same the next Order ,no responce to 4 emails and no contact phone number and I m out a few cans,customer service is a fat 00000000 event told them I haven’t left my review yet ,they still dident care

Got some leather car paint from Vinnie Byrnes, it's a perfect match,,, staff are very helpful,, would highly recommend,, will be going back for kitchen paint soon .

During the pandemic I purchased (online) 5L IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) for disinfecting surfaces from VinnyByrne.com website. What was delivered was acetone nail varnish remover. I had some difficulty with VinnyByrne.com in returning the item as their website says to inform them that you wish to make a return and they will issue a return id number. I waited for 2 weeks and no id number. So I returned the item anyway paying the return postage myself (€13.00). Then I had problems getting a refund. I specifically requested a refund in several emails I sent and then they sent out another parcel which I had to pay another €13.00 to return. After some difficulty I got a refund for the price of the item but and am still waiting to be refunded for the return postage for a faulty goods which I am entitled to under EU Law. I will not be shopping there again, a very dodgy experience trying to push products that you don't want and into force buying from them.

After initiating proceedings in the small claims court I have been successful and VinnyByrne.com have been forced to repay me the cost of deliveries for unwanted items. Shame it had to come to going to court. Gambling with their good name and business reputation like that. Lesson learned.

Bought paint from Vinny Byrne 2 years ago for our kitchen and it is still perfect! If you have kids you need this :)

Placed an order late on Tuesday night. Paint arrived first thing Thursday morning. Also sent a few emails that were answered fairly quick. Well done lads. Will be ordering again 👍

Ordered and paid for product back in April 2021 via their website and it’s now 17 May 2021, with no sign of the order been fulfilled. Have sent email over a week ago to find out what’s going on and I’m still waiting on reply - looks like that’s my spend down the drain as it’s not worth my while or the hassle to start arguing about a refund for the amount spent so in short I could not recommend this company to anyone at all.

The full order hasn't been fulfilled. The company has been made aware with multiple emails / phone calls with the phone number not been recognised...

"Someone will get in contact with you" - I am still waiting for an operator to get in contact.

I needed this order for a project and now have missed the deadline. I want a FULL refund.

If only all companies were this good. Their Color Can products are fantastic, a brilliant match for the car's paint, & quick delivery every time. Would highly recommend.
