Booked KOIRIDE through Airporttransfer.com. For Brandenberg airport. They quoted "Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it." No one was there. The driver sent a photo to Airporttransfer saying they were there and had messaged me. The photo was from a different terminal 2 hours later (as assumed by the arrivals board in the background...it could even have been a different day) and I received no message on my phone. Airporttransfer were no help, insisting he was there by looking at their GPS. Nevertheless he was not at the meeting point. 100 euros and precious holiday time lost waiting for the driver.

Excellent service all round. The local company provided was Malaga Transfer who were in touch via WhatsApp prior to the journey to obtain the relevant addresses ( we had to collect our keys from an office before going to our apartment) and the addresses were all preloaded when our driver arrived, we just sat back and relaxed as our driver knew exactly where to go.
We were contacted via WhatsApp again prior to our journey back to confirm pickup time etc. Which was very reassuring.
Would definitely recommend this service 🙂

We booked not know much about the company but the reviews were good. We had travel issues and ended up arriving 9 hours late and on a different airline. The 24/7 messaging using what’s app was awesome as the pick up was changed seamlessly and our driver was there when we arrived. He was polite, friendly and helpful and the vehicle was in great condition. Thanks airport transfer team and the driver from pickup hungry!

I had an excellent experience with both the airport transfer and limousine service. Despite my flight being delayed and missing my connection, their support was outstanding—they guided me through the process, quickly adjusted my reservation, and were ready to pick me up when I finally arrived. I arrived at Oujda airport at beginning of August with my kids 00.30 we got outside after picking up our luggage, waited 20 minutes and no driver on site as you can imagine we all tired at this point especially my 3 year old, waited some more and still nothing, luckily I had enough local money to get taxi, a very bad experience I’ll never use them again,I contacted them but got no response.

Bad experience
I booked with this company for 2 trips in San Salvador, El Salvador and they confirmed one of them then canceled it a couple days later at the last minute. Then they canceled my second trip three days before the intended date during my vacation. Avoid this company or else you'll get headaches during your trip.

Early tour in Portugal
It would be 4,5 stars because of long waiting to approval and I had to contact AT for that.
Otherwise so the driver was professional and the car was clean and comfortable. She deserved a good tips from us. It was much better than the others we had used.
