I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased a digital voucher, only to discover afterwards that it was for Transcash, which cannot be used in Italy. This important limitation was not communicated clearly before the purchase. When I contacted customer support, I explained that the voucher had never been used or shared with anyone and asked whether it could be converted into an Amazon gift card or refunded.

Instead of addressing my concerns, I received a generic reply stating that digital vouchers cannot be cancelled once the code has been issued. They completely ignored the fact that the product is unusable in my country.

To make matters worse, I was charged twice for a single order. I reported this issue as well, but it was not addressed in their response.

The customer service feels very impersonal. There is no option to speak to anyone by phone, and their emails are not signed by an individual, making it impossible to know who is handling your case or to have any meaningful communication.

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and unhelpful customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

"Fast way to get gift codes". Yeah right, I have paid and sent identification like two weeks ago and still waiting for thing I ordered. 12 days is tad bit longer than "2 minutes after successful payment" what the site was promising.

The money has still not been sent to my account. My codes were not forwarded to me

You will be required to verify your identity before receiving certain vouchers.

I bought a Flexepin evoucher and it was delivered on time after verification, no fuss at all.

They don't scam, I'm sure I get good quality whenever I buy from them.
I like their services, they are good people.

Vgo-shop should consider adding crypto vouchers to the list.

Beacouse they removed paysafe payment method.

After placing the order, they made it a condition for me to send a photo and personal data to verify my paypal account, without giving any other option to validate the account. They did not give me any option and refused to return my money

I am very disappointed regarding your warnings before buying your product. It should be clearly stated before proceeding to finalize the order that the product you are supposed to buy is not accepted in your country region. This is a fraud and I demand to be credited with the same amount in my paysafecard account. The source where the money were debited from.

They want that i send a Selfie with my ID for am 5 Dollar Item.

What I like the most about VGO Shop is the instant delivery of vouchers right after purchase. I wish they add Binance gift cards soon to their collection, it would be really great for crypto enthusiasts.

first of the site refunded my money meaning that is 100% the only issue is that the site needs better service to inform costumers about there order to be honest I wish I stayed patient for my order to come would have gotten my order and also I can't read German while I was waiting for my order the status changed I translated it and it said that my order was cancelled without having to know I panicked and asked for a refund sorry and again I wish I have waited and gotten what I purches
