Very helpful technician. Good English communication from the central office.

Excellent service, professional and always very responsive. Calm and helpful

Promissed electronic door lock included in the instalation and never recieved it. The day the technician came to settle everything up she did not bring it. She said she would return back to install it. Never did. Whenever I call the central info they say it does not appear on the "system" that I should get it for free.

Jorge Hernandez was brilliant and professional and quick when fixing my issue. The connection didn't work and he came all the way from Murcia on a Saturday evening to sort my problem. He was friendly, spoke English and was a fantastic representative of the company. He had all the tools required and changed the position of the box for better reception. Really fantastic... and I needed that reassurance because I was about to cancel my contract. For the past two days I was being porned off and ignored by the customer service team in Madrid... two days. On two occasions I was told I would get a call back, on one occasion I hung up after being on hold for over half an hour- it took my partner in London to get through saying I was going to cancel before any action was taken... incredibly bad customer service for an English speaker ( appreciating I should know Spainish but an English help service is advertised ). Oh, and the googled office in Mazzaron doesn't/No longer exists!! Days waiting for calls - a truly terrible experience. However, Jorge saved the day and was brilliant.

A very bad experience. As soon as you sign the contract, someone immediately approaches you and tries to sell you all sorts of technical equipment. Even the direct debit of the amount from your bank account in Germany works perfectly.

Otherwise, nothing works. The cameras have very, very poor image quality. When an alarm is triggered, a call is made to some random, unhelpful number, but no one ever comes. The app is absolutely terrible. The technology is awful. It doesn't work. You can't change your phone number or choose where the confirmation code is sent. The technicians can't help you over the phone. The entire system is absurd and very basic. You can buy far superior camera and security systems online, which are also accessible worldwide via excellent apps.

The only advantage is that you get the impression that someone from the security company will take care of things or send the police. Of course, that doesn't work in Spain either.

Appointments with customer service and scheduled technical visits are not honored. They claim they will call you, which isn't true; otherwise, your phone would record the call. Why don't they just show up when a scheduled appointment is agreed upon?

Exceptionally poor service. Nobody seems to care, except when you need a technical upgrade, which of course costs money and increases your monthly payments. But even then, they don't keep the appointment.

It was a super mechanical,very good service and friendly .

Quite a disappointing experience involving a Verisure company vehicle. We were waiting to refuel at a petrol station while a Verisure vehicle was occupying a space at one of the pumps without actually getting any fuel. The person was simply drinking coffee and chatting while several motorists were waiting for a pump to become available.

We had to wait around 15 minutes before the person eventually returned to the vehicle. When representing a company in a clearly branded professional vehicle, a little more respect and consideration for other customers would be appreciated.

I'm unable to cancel the services since June 2026. I tried to call several times, I sent email, but they keep charging my account and don't terminate the account. When I call the appropriate department they hang up. If they want to catch the client then everything goes smoothly but if you want to end the contract they put obstacles and try to get as much money from you. Choose better company if you can.

Can’t really comment on how it works as been to our home twice to install - first day here for 5 hours and today 3.5 hours and still counting and nothing up and running yet and, so so far 8.5 hours out of my life with my poor dogs locked in a bedroom and still nothing works…. So two days later still not working, app not working - such unacceptable service. Wish I had gone with a different company
