Mi experiencia con Abiks Muebles(EMPRESA QUE VENDE A TRAVÉS DE VENTE UNIQUE) ha sido muy decepcionante.

Compré un armario de 250 cm a través de Vente-Unique. El pedido fue aceptado y pagado sin ningún problema. Días después comenzaron los inconvenientes con la entrega y, a lo largo del proceso, recibí explicaciones diferentes: primero que el transportista no disponía de un camión adecuado con plataforma elevadora, después que el problema era mi zona de entregado les propuse cambiar la dirección y todo fueron largas, y finalmente me dijeron, que no podían entregar ese modelo en ninguna dirección de España debido a las dimensiones del paquete.

En todo momento manifesté mi interés en recibir el armario e incluso propuse alternativas para facilitar la entrega. Sin embargo, en lugar de buscar una solución viable, el pedido fue cancelado unilateralmente por un problema logístico del vendedor.
Lo que más me ha decepcionado no ha sido únicamente la cancelación, sino la gestión de todo el proceso: información contradictoria, falta de claridad y una sensación constante de incertidumbre. Como cliente, resulta muy frustrante comprar un producto que se anuncia disponible y descubrir, después de haber pagado y esperado varios días, que finalmente no puede entregarse.
Por todo ello, mi experiencia con Abiks Muebles ha sido muy negativa y, personalmente, no volvería a comprarles.
También la gestion por parte de vente -unique con esta incidencia ha sido decepcionante.

Por otro lado realicé un pedido a través de vente unique a otra empresa (Forniture Factory) y el envío fue rápido y sin problemas.

My experience with Abiks Muebles (a company that sells through Vente-Unique) has been very disappointing.

I purchased a 250 cm wardrobe via Vente-Unique. The order was accepted and paid for without issue. Days later, delivery problems arose, and throughout the process, I received conflicting explanations: first, that the carrier didn't have a suitable truck with a tail lift; then, that my delivery area was the problem (I offered to change the address, but there were always obstacles); and finally, I was told that the model could not be delivered to *any* address in Spain due to the package's dimensions.
Throughout this time, I expressed my desire to receive the wardrobe and even proposed alternatives to facilitate delivery. However, instead of seeking a viable solution, the order was unilaterally cancelled due to the seller's logistical issues. What disappointed me most wasn't just the cancellation, but the handling of the entire process: contradictory information, a lack of clarity, and a constant sense of uncertainty.

As a customer, it is very frustrating to buy a product advertised as available, only to discover—after paying and waiting several days—that it cannot actually be delivered.
For all these reasons, my experience with Abiks Muebles has been very negative, and personally, I would not buy from them again. Vente-Unique's handling of this issue was also disappointing. On the other hand, I placed an order through Vente-Unique with a different company, and the shipment was fast and problem-free.

The product is very good and exactly as described in the listing. The quality met my expectations, and everything arrived in great condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended!

THEY SENT ME A BROKEN DINING TABLE FOR 900 EUROS!!!! AND NEITHER HAS THE PAYED AMOUNT REFUNDED NOR HAVE THEY REMOVED IT FROM MY HOUSE. IT IS SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM SINCE LAST TWO WEEKS. THEY ARE WORST EVER!!! YOU CAN TRUST HOMARY BUT NEVER VENTE UNIQUE, they don'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY

Order was a chesterfield sofa. Delivery time stated 3/4 days… reality, 1,5 month and 4 delivery date changes… sofa is finally there, seems that its a black one instead of a brown one…. Claimed it in their system: after 2 months still no solution only automated replies. As we have this sofa for business, this was/is very very inconvenient to say at least..

I bought the chairs beginning November, it's mid January. That tells you everything you need to know about this company. I bought two sets of two chairs each and when I tried to put them together, I saw that one of the sets was a complete disaster. From stains, to non-existent holes for the screws, to ripped fabric.
After contacting the customer service multiple times both per mail and weeks later by phone (cause I wasn't getting nowhere with the email's) I got the feedback that my situation would be handled. Oh boy was I deceived!
After months of waiting and requesting feedback, Vente Unique has single-handedly decided that I have to either accept some voucher, so I lose my money, I am stuck with a useless box with scrambled parts and I am forced to buy from them again! Unacceptable!
Or I can just keep trying to get the chairs replaced and hope that next time it will be better. Ridiculous!

In December, I said in a very clear sentence that I wanted the box to be picked up and a full refund! Vente Unique has completely ignored this request multiple times and keeps sending me emails confirming that my choice for one of the above options is confirmed. It makes absolutely no sense!

First I ordered a mattress with a slatted base, after I've seen the base will be delivered 2 weeks after the mattress I canceled it right away. Mattress was delivered in time but money for the base was never payed back and they even marked it as delivered on their site. After I ordered a duvet and another slatted base that should come in time with mattress, it came in time but I never recieved the duvet and they also gave it a status delivered on their site same as the first base. Later I got the money for 1 / 2 things and I still dont know why they canceled my duvet delivery?!

First time purchasing on this website; everything went well from start to finish-delivery was on time and product was as described. I recommend !

Compared to other similar sites, Vente unique shipping cost is extremely high and that's the reason why I will be careful next time if I order from vente unique, quality is not super bought a desk at 350euro and you can see paint peeling..
