Scam they should be Banned !! not allowed to continue to CON people !!!! they put you on Auto supply so make sure you cancel with your Bank !!! Crooks !!!

They sent me a broken bottle and when I tried to reach out.... no response. Their support email will bounce back. Then I found a second support email and they will not reply. they also are charging me but not sending anything. THEY ARE SCAM!!!

I have read some of the scam reviews and I tend to agree with some of the comments because I have experienced some of the complaints. Any company that takes so long to send product and it arrives with a guy in a car is weird. If this product is sent to me again, I will definitely go to my financial institution and have the charge removed. No problem. I've done this before. So, again, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE PRODUCT. Also, even though I thought I was subscribed and asked to be removed, it was such a hassle. Other companies just kindly unsubscribe you. Red Flag. Also, I have never received a response from anyone at this company concerning my grievances. That is another red flag. Lots of red flags. I hope I am wrong and hope this company is legit, seriously. IG reel with Gary Brecka sold me on this Velora Red Yeast Rice tincture, seemed legit and trustworthy. Took almost a month to receive the shipment, came in a sketchy bubble wrap only package with a shipper label from a low-end apartment complex in Brooklyn (I tracked the building down on Google Earth). Name of shipper was Eclipse Software, LLC and doesn't exist anywhere online. I refuse to take this product now, because I'm guessing it was made in someone's bathtub where they also clip their fungus infected toenails. DO NOT ORDER THIS JUNK!

SCAM!!!!! SCAM!!!!! SCAM!!!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!! I ordered the citrus bergamot drops. I have not noticed any change. I have been trying to unsubscribe and of course it is a scam. I cannot go on and manage my account. All I can see is what they continue to send me and charge my bank account. I left several emails and no one’s ever gotten back to me. This is definitely a scam and now I am off to my bank to rectify the situation.

A scam. Website cites Made in America. Not so. I’ve been waiting weeks for delivery only to find that it’s still in Wuhan, China! Customer service is unresponsive and their website links do not function. Beware!

Well I have ordered this and it hasn’t arrived I would not rust this company or bit and have made complaints to the proper authorities.

Apparently, I made a huge mistake ordering from this company. After three weeks, I finally received my order only to discover that it was not what I had ordered. I have tried multiple times to email the company with absolutely no response!!!
Don’t make the same mistake!!

Scam. Stay away. Chinese company, Chinese crooks.
Never received anything after 1 month.
Tracking shows it is setting in customs for 3 weeks.

Hard to cancel orders.

I am very sorry that I could not take the product. Red rice caused a rash. For three months I have been asking to return the product and stop sending me more product. Today I received my third bottle in my bank account was charged.
Someone named Maddie sent an email in December that the account had been closed. Not true today I received another bottle and another charge on my credit card.

I ordered this product one time just to try it. Without any clear notice or authorization, I was charged and shipped two additional orders. I did not knowingly sign up for a subscription.

The cancellation details are difficult to find and not clearly disclosed during checkout. This experience feels deceptive and misleading.

I have been taking the red yeast rice and citrus bergamot for 3 months. Just received my test results and my overall cholesterol is down 23% and LDL down 30%. There are no side effects like the statin I was prescribed. I am a forever fan!!! Thank you!

Firstly it has taken 2 months and when u first sign up somewh where in the form is a repeat subscription I was charged twice before I even got my first order just got it and honestly not worth a single drop of it its like a cordial . Save your money and go to a natropath in your area

I ordered the product August 25, 2025, as of September 23, 2025 I still haven’t received it. The last message I received said it was out for local delivery, that was 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed in them. Probably a scam

The shipping has been close to a month. This should be transparent on their site when ordering. Not sure if it’s coming from China, if it is I’m just going to throw it in the garbage when it arrives. Customer service poor. I keep getting emails saying it’s on the way. Well it was ordered the second week of August…come on!
Will not be ordering from this company again. My time is too valuable!

They advertised being in the USA, but the tracking shows otherwise. Last week I was able to track it, but now is no longer exists.
