BUYER BEWARE

From the very beginning the experience was poor. Long delivery times, missing items, lack of customer service. One of my items arrived without new tags (which I raised immediately the day it was received and sent photos to vendor) and was very poor quality. I informed them immediately and was told I could not request a refund until all my items arrived. After they finally did nearly 3 weeks later I returned all items to the vendor. They refunded 2 of the 3 items, keeping the product and my money for one of the items (the jacket they claim I removed the tags from). I tried to contact them for weeks with no response. Finally, after I left a bad review on their site, they contacted me, advised I would not be receiving the refund and threatened legal action for my bad review. I believe the company is publishing fake reviews and providing misleading information. The vendor has now prevented customers from leaving reviews on their site protecting their 5 star ratings. If you write a review, it says that is has been published but this is not true and it just disappears. They have also closed their social media sites to avoid negative reviews. The company also appears to be using AI generated photos to sell their items. ** Since posting my original review the company again contacted me threatening legal action and said that if I took my review down, they would consider refunding the money for the jacket**

We respectfully disagree with several statements made in this review and would like to clarify the facts.

You requested a refund before your order had even been delivered. We explained that, under our Return Policy, a return request can only be processed after the customer has received the item.

Regarding the jacket, we were unable to approve the return because you informed us that the original tags were no longer attached. However, our warehouse packing footage clearly shows the jacket being shipped in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. In addition, after reviewing the information provided, we found no evidence of any manufacturing defect or quality issue with the product.

The other two items from your order were delivered several days later. Once they were received and a valid return request was submitted in accordance with our policy, we promptly provided the return label and assisted you throughout the process.

Throughout this matter, we made every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns professionally and in good faith. Unfortunately, despite our continued assistance, a number of serious public allegations have been made that do not reflect the documented facts of this case.

As these allegations are now the subject of legal review, any further communication regarding these claims will be handled by our legal representatives.

We remain committed to treating every customer fairly and resolving all legitimate concerns in accordance with our published policies.
