So annoyed and ignored!

I made an order paying extra for Royal Mail 24 as I was due to go on holiday later that week. My delivery never arrived before I left, 4 days after I ordered it was ‘delivered’ but I was out of the country.
I got home and searched for it, it was nowhere to be found, asked neighbours and still nothing. I have made many reports to vape and go and have been ignored. It has been almost 10 days since I’ve been back. I have had to reorder some vape juices and would like this resolved and a refund for my last order as I am out of pocket and have no delivery. I spoke very highly of this company and referred friends, this has really changed my opinion.

Been waiting for it to deliver for a…

Been waiting for it to deliver for a week had multiple emails saying it’ll arrive and still hasn’t. I ordered another order to to post office and wasn’t able to pick it up in time and still hasn’t received a refund.
