Value CGM is by far the best buyers out there. I have had nothing but great experiences each time. My supplies are delivered within 2 days and within a couple of hours I am paid. The easiest part of this whole deal was packing the supplies and sending them. Other than that I will give it a zero. A minor dent in an insulin pump package was half off most of the rest of the order was only at 75% because in shipping from the postal service the way packages are tossed around things were dented and had minor imperfections it ended up being over half of what my normal quoted price was. What a ripoff totally pathetic they used every excuse in the book not to pay me the money

There is no name, or order number associated with this review. We have had a lot of people confusing this business with CGM BUYERS. we are VALUE CGM.
If this is intended for VALUE CGM, please provide an order number and name so we can see what the issue was.
Even if the box had "minor imperfections" that means the box was not in "mint" condition. Our website states that we only buy mint condition boxes at the pricing and dating provided. If a box does come in with any imperfections, there may be a deduction in pricing as a result. Every single company does this. Please read the website before you submit an order, all the info is clearly stated on the website multiple times.

Fee for using paypal
I didnt read anywhere that a fee would be taken out for using PayPal. I would have used any form of payment if I could have gotten the full amount disclosed to me.
