Fecking shit, ordered two Brazil tracksuits came with shit material and a shit stick on badge

Horrible quality looks nothing like the photos and they don’t let you return

I am extremely disappointed with this company.

I spent €70 on two outfits as a gift for my son, and neither of them matched what was advertised. The quality is very poor, and the products are completely different from the photos.

On top of that, the return process is unfair and discouraging, making customers worry about customs fees or parcels getting lost.

This company’s business practices are dishonest. I would never recommend buying from them.

Avoid this website if you don’t want to waste your money.

Awful company to deal with! We ordered a short and t shirt set, poor quality. We ordered shorts over 3 weeks ago to be told today they do not have them in stock. Lastly the customer service is shocking, it has taken a week to respond to my message. I would avoid this company, too much hassle

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company.

The products I received were of extremely poor quality and looked nothing like they were described or advertised. The materials felt cheap, and the overall finish was very disappointing. They certainly weren't worth the money.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told that because the items were shipped from China, I could end up paying additional taxes and that returned parcels can often get lost. I was also quoted around £30 for tracked and signed return postage. After seeking advice, I was warned that paying to return the items could leave me out of pocket with no guarantee of receiving a refund, which made the whole process feel incredibly unfair.

My overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I would never buy from this company again.

I also find it difficult to reconcile my experience with the large number of five-star reviews. Based on what I received, they simply don't reflect the quality of the products or the level of customer service I experienced.

I just got my package and every thing about it was perfect good qualty good color good fit there was not a singel issue whit the clothes fast shipping and good costumers service just perfect

If I could give 0 stars I would. My 14 year old son saved his pocket money to put in a £65 order. Material and quality of the products was absolutely appalling and complete with spelling mistakes. When I asked for a refund I was advised that we would probably be charged taxes, as it comes from China, and that items frequently get lost. Royal Mail wanted £26 to return tracked and signed for and advised us not to send as unlikely we would see our money as this is a common scam.

Absolutely disgusting company.

Brazil summer tracksuits - they state 80% cotton following 20% polyester while the tags state 95% polyester and no cotton- T-shirts weren’t oversized and shorts left fluff everywhere i would not recommend

Products are trash. Nothing like Fotos or description. You can order from temu for a 10th of the price and same shitty quality. Don't expect a refund because they warn you not all return packages are received by them.

Return procedure does not comply with Dutch consumer law (payment within 14 days).
If you want to return items they offer you a discount of 20% or you can return, but the items can be subject to duties and tax which I have to pay. Furthermore, this procedure can take months.

Complete scam. They lie stating they don’t offer refunds even when they openly state on their website that they offer a 30 day refund. They disregard consumer law. Don’t waste your time and money, either the product won’t show up at all or it will be complete garbage quality.

Bought a summer set and the quality was really good and it arrived in 2 weeks

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! This company is an absolute scam and totally unprofessional. I ordered two Brazil sets and a Syna set, and the quality is garbage. The items are made of cheap polyester and the sizing is way too small.

When you try to return them, the nightmare begins. They are refusing to cooperate with the refund and making it impossible. They are demanding a 30-euro return fee, and on top of that, they are asking for another 20 euros.

To make matters worse, they forced me to pay using a Steam gift card, which is an incredibly shady and scammy practice. They just do this so you can't get your money back through official banking channels. This business is a joke and a total fraud. Save your money and stay far away from them!

One star is not even justified. Absolute rip-off scammers! Ridiculous poor quality- nothing like the web site describes. Tried to send back and was offered a discount and when I insisted, they gave me a random address in China and said they wouldn’t refund u til goods were received and post was unreliable! Im so angry - my poor son was crying he wasted his birthday money! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this website. Total rip off!!!Will be seeking advice from lawyers! First of all is the material very bad, it started pealing of just after a week of wearing not just that i also got the wrong color i ordern blue and white and i got blue and light blue. Very bad dont buy from this company.

Very disappointing experience.

The product I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website.

The description stated that the set was made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, but the garment label clearly states 95% polyester and 5% elastane. The fit was also nothing like advertised. It was described as an oversized, true-to-size fit, but it fits more like an XS and the shorts are much longer than shown in the photos.

The overall quality is extremely poor, with cheap fabric and poor finishing. The product I received does not resemble the quality or appearance presented on the website.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

Based on my experience, I find it difficult to trust the product descriptions on this website. The difference between what is advertised and what is delivered is simply too significant.

I have photographs of the garment labels and screenshots of the product description to support my review, but can’t attach them unfortunately.
