Excellent service from start to finish. The driver was on time for our return journey and was very professional. The minibus was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Communication throughout the booking process was excellent. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone needing minibus transport.

I found Voya Hire through online…
I found Voya Hire through online research all the way from Canada as I planned my wedding. I booked private vans for both my husband and his groomsmen, and my bridesmaids and I. Voya Hire was so easy to work with. They sent me a quote within minutes & worked with me via email to ensure the details were correct. So many things were dissatisfactory…
So many things were dissatisfactory with our recent experience with Voya. We had 4 journeys total with them. We had high hopes as we had travelled with them before and were pleased with the outcome. We honoured that loyalty but we won't be going back again.
For the first trip, the driver filled in for a cancellation last minute. He was late, he drove dangerously and rude to our passengers. The coach itself was shabby. He even forgot to put the handbreak on while an elderly passenger was exiting the vehicle, causing them to almost fall over and seriously injure themselves. We were shocked.
The second trip, the driver was over an hour and a half late(!) to pick us up in London, blaming traffic. I'm sorry, but if you're going to be an hour and half late due to traffic, that means you didn't plan your arrival effectively enough. It was first thing in the morning and he definitely could have left earlier to avoid the rush hour and potential traffic. You can plan for it on Google Maps where it knows the bottlenecks and where roadworks are, if any. An easy fix!
The third driver was also late, and arrived at the wrong entrance to where we were staying, even though I had instructed Voya precisely where they should pick us up, Google Maps pin and all. In addition to that, he was rude, blaming us for arriving at the wrong entrance when this was actually Voya's fault for not communicating it effectively to him. He then demanded that he immediately take his break due to legal requirements. So that means that even though we booked the coach for departure at a certain time, the driver was then late and then delayed the departure even more by needing his break! What poor planning. If a customer asks to leave at a certain time, we must leave at a certain time. He should have planned it so his break was before the time of travel. It wasn't even a long journey, only 2.5hrs back to London. To have scheduled his break right at the momentwhen we were supposed to be leaving on time for a short journey is not acceptable.
The fourth journey was the only journey which went smoothly. The driver was polite and punctual and it became clear through talking with him that Voya do not take sufficient care to communicate details with whomever they hire to drive the coaches and they do not vet them sufficiently either.
I also experienced several times that they got details wrong about our journeys which I had consistently communicated to them and I had to repeat myself often. They even addressed me by the wrong name towards the end! They are not well organised.
On top of this, we requested a baby car seat and informed the age of the child. But the car seat they provided didn't even fit in the coach seat properly! The mother was forced to carry her child almost the whole way and as a result the baby didn't sleep properly, causing stress for the mother who instead of resting during a key moment of a work trip, had to take care of her baby, who was then also very agitated later on by not having slept. We specifically requested the car seat but may as well have requested nothing. Such poor planning.
Overpriced considering the service and we won't be travelling with them again.

The bus arrived on time both times and the driver even adjusted our return time upon late request.
Our driver was extremely friendly and even greeted us on his mic when we started driving.
A 5/5 experience for us and would definitely use this service again.
