I'll be honest, I was skeptical going in. I'd heard a lot of "AI can fix that" promises before but was never convinced it could actually get the job done.

What actually sold me was how clearly Stefano explained what the system would do. He didn't overcomplicate it, and nothing about my existing setup had to change (which mattered a lot to me).

The problem was simple but annoying. Every time a form came in, I was the one reading it, figuring out how to categorize it, dragging the info into a spreadsheet, and writing up a summary. Not hard work, just monotonous and never-ending.

That's all gone now. Forms come in, they get logged, categorized, summarized. I get somewhere between 5 and 10 hours a week back in my life which I can now spend on more important work.
