The checkout process was quick and the confirmation came through immediately. The rest of the order was easy to track.

I bought these for longer walks because my old shoes had started feeling too flat. After using them for several days, I noticed much less pressure on my feet by the evening. They also look normal enough to wear with jeans, which was important to me.

My parcel was packed very neatly and everything looked exactly as shown online. The whole purchase felt well handled.

Good selection on the website and checkout was easy. I found what I needed without having to click through too many pages.

Westmonth has virtually no customer service. I have been trying to return a product that is the wrong size and have written to their customer service daily for 5 days. Not one email has been returned. There is no option to reach them by phone.

I purchased what I thought was a king size mattress topper. When it arrived, it was a twin size. I do not own a twin size bed. I have been trying to contact West Month and have sent at least 10 emails to get an address to return the topper. The company will not respond to my messages and will not provide an address to return. It is horrible customer service they do not have a phone number to call. They will not return emails so if you purchase something that does not work for you, there is no chance of you getting your money back. I would not purchase from them again.

Simple setup, no annoying adjustments. Opened it, put it on, done. Been sleeping on it every night since.

I didn’t even realize how uneven my mattress had become until I used this topper. Everything feels smoother now and less stiff. It adds comfort without making the bed feel unstable. Been happy with it so far.

Wasn’t planning on keeping it long term if I’m honest but yeah not taking it off now lol.

My girlfriend keeps stealing my side of the bed now because this side feels better apparently

The support feels pretty even across the whole thing. Doesn’t have those random lumpy spots that some toppers get after a week.

Worst experience. Deceptive advertising- the mattress topper was nothing but a poorly stuffed sheet that cost me $200, has no company tag, and barely fits the bed. I have tried to get ahold of customer service and they appear to not exist. Emailed 7/7/26 and today is 8/19/26 and still haven’t received a word. I have tried again and will be reporting to BBB after this. Do not order from this company. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Wasn’t expecting luxury or anything but it gives that hotel kinda feel. Especially after fresh sheets. Bed feels way more inviting now.

Tried to contact them about returning a new topper. No support phone number. Submitted two requests via their email form. Has been two weeks with no response.

Received the mattress ( West Month) topper today. No authentication of a tag .....No box. Wrapped in shipping plastic.....This look like a knock- off. Nothing like the photo thin and awful. These reviews are letting YOU know DO NOT BUY THIS for 200.00. Refund my Master card now. The reviews are the real deal.

Thought the reviews were overhyped, but nah, it’s actually pretty decent. Feels soft straight away.

The material feels nice quality wise. Doesn’t have that crunchy cheap fabric sound when you move around. Little thing but I noticed it immediately.

I use it on an older mattress and it brought it back to life a bit. Before this I could literally feel the springs underneath sometimes. Now it feels smoother and way easier to relax on. Wish I bought one earlier.

First, I’m very happy with the quality of my new Westmonth mattress topper. Second, customer service is really tops. I made a mistake with my order and customer service was quick and kind. Such a surprise in our day of impersonal, electronic responses. Thank you Westmonth for your company ethics.

I originally bought it because my friend wouldn’t stop talking about hers lol. Now I completely understand the obsession because my bed feels ridiculously comfortable now.
