Even though interest is high the service was exceptional. I never use the full term of the loan and always pay off way ahead of time. Thank you for helping me.

Great Service, But Interest Rates Could Be Better

Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with Upgrade. The application process was straightforward, and I appreciate how easy it is to manage my account. The high interest rate is definitely the main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, as I feel the rate could be more competitive. Aside from that, I’ve been satisfied with the service and my overall experience with Upgrade.
