I was skeptical at first.But I tried it out to see the outcome (knowing I would not go through with the purchase). When I heard the final product? I was so amazed and emotional at the same time. All the words and the composing of the song and that beautiful angelic voice from a beautiful lady singer… I had no word. Thank you for bringing back 40 years of what is now our forever w my spouse . Very costly compared to other sites that do the same thing. The reason I went with them was they said they would remake song until you were happy and that you would get an amazon gift card or could choose 100 off next song. Well it has been over a month and dozens of emails back and forth and I am not happy with the corespondence as I am going in circles with customer service and not receiving what was promised. False advertisement!!! No gift card and they have not listened to what I want with my song. It is very frustrating and I too wish I could talk to a live person.

The song is beautiful and my husband loved it. Trying to get the corrections made was the only difficulty. The communication needs to be easier to use.

All ten of my cousins lived this song. We all cried on the phone when they received their song. My aunt had 11 kids and 32 grand and 57 great grandkids. She passed 3 years ago July 15 she made 100 years old in heaven. This song was so on point for my family who took good care of her with so much love. Antoinette McClain

I admit I was very skeptical at first, especially since the cost is multiplied so much when the currency conversion is done from USA dollars to AU! But then I heard the song and I was in awe. The recording sound is perfect, the singer is superb and the words and name were skilfully entwined.

I can’t explain how I felt when I first heard the lyrics. They’re absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to share this with my fiancé. I hope he feels the same way. I do you guys did an absolutely beautiful job.

I was looking for something special to do for our 40th Anniversary this year and stumbled upon the site for Unique Songs. Skeptical at first but filled out all the questions and then described my amazing husband. I was so caught off guard when I heard the preview of the song. I was totally blown away. Nkt knowing how long it would take, I ordered twk mknths before our actual anniversary. They captured the special moments listed and put together the most amazing lyrics and sound track and it is an awesome tribute to my husband. My emotions got the best of me when I listened to the preview so much so that I had to go ahead and play for him. We both cried happy tears. I've been going in circles for over a week now trying to get sing corrected and to disgusted on memories a little more. I really wish I could just speak to someone in the phone. Between email order confirmation got sent to and my email used I've just heen getting a tin of emails to complete my purchase although I've already purchased the product. As a new customer this has been horrible service getting contacted through email but multiple people saying the she things over and over. I'm not sure if I'm just going to have to dispute the charge and just try this song making thing elsewhere at this point. As this is very annoying trying to get the song fixed for my upcoming anniversary! Quality of song was good, but alot of memories were condensed in song through wording..Detail is important to me to jog the memories!

Didn't even get past the first stage. Watched that very long 6 minute promo video whilst waiting for the sample song to load.
Once it loaded, it was totally blank.
Wouldn't play at all.
So I realised I've probably just given my email address and phone number over to a company for nothing.
What a shame!
