Trousers are falling apart
This is a separate review to the one I made recently im not happy at all your pvc trousers have failed and your customer service believes they are above UK law on manufactur fault as my pvc trousers are coming of and apart from the stitching yes I bought it second hand but that does not mean you cant do something about it its your item that went wrong regardless of brand new or second hand manufactur warranty is to be given out to all products according to my solicitor 3rd party shops includ even store you send you products to like regulation london

Therefore, there is no purchase contract between you and TWINK-X for this item, and we are also unable to verify when the product was originally purchased or how it was previously worn, cared for, stored, or handled.
This does not mean that product quality is unimportant to us. If an item purchased directly from us has a legitimate defect, we review each case individually and, of course, provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. However, for an item purchased second-hand from a third party, we cannot provide the same claims or services as we can to the original purchaser.
We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with the condition of the trousers, but we respectfully reject the suggestion that our customer service considers itself above UK law. Our intention is simply to handle complaints fairly and transparently based on the individual circumstances and the relevant purchase relationship.
