Shocking company, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced as a professional trader.

I requested a pay out, and the reason being was because the trading days were not completed.

I then competed one more trading day, it took them over a week to get back to me.

To only let me know that a consistency rule has been broken, but they never picked up on this when I requested 2x payouts before.

Horrible company, dont go anywhere near them, low end prop firm, absolutely disgusting.

So far is been ok, i submit my request on Thursday, knowing Monday is the right day to do it, but took from Monday till the week after Tuesday just to found out if is been approved, I think could be faster but is something that can be improved in the near future. Now let’s see how long will take to get the money in my account, been in uk I expect will be fast.

SCAMMERS DO NOT PAY OUTPlease do not invest with this prop firm. Absolute scammers all they do is make up excuses to not pay out. Complete joke of a company, ignore emails when it comes to payouts and makes false claims to firstly make reductions on my first payout and then 2nd payout they say the account was breached and have no evidence of this and closed my account when it was over 5k payout. Please do not invest with these YOU WILL NOT GET PAID OUT. SCAMMERS.

I have not received a payout yet but their customer service is exceptional, very responsive. Once I receive payout, I will change from 4 star to 5 star.

I breached my account, I left trades running over the weekend which is against the rules. This was a complete error on my part. I hadn't realised that this wasn't allowed and my account got disqualified. But having explained myself and the circumstances of what happened on that Friday to the team at TTT they have reinstated it . Thank you Team at TTT. Very grateful for your understanding.

I wrote a review a couple of days ago with my frustrations and to be fair one of them was fixed, the customer service got back to me in a timely fashion, do wish it was live support but I am increasing my stars by 1 and giving a 4 star. They arent perfect but willing to accept challenges by responding back to me in a timely way does show they are looing to improve

Hello I made an entry about TTT Markets since July 8th, 2026. So far there has been no response on my two small withdrawals. One withdrawal $120 and the second $140. I have no clue about their prop firms I would suggest another reputable prop firm that actually does payouts.

Just passed my 1 step challenge...No fuss at all.So far I can say these guys are super good...Support is lightning fast👊

Very disappointing experience – unclear rules and a payout delayed for over a month

After passing my challenge, I was never provided with a clear summary of the trading rules I needed to follow. The dashboard showed the profit target and maximum loss limits, but important practical restrictions—such as exactly when positions had to be closed on Fridays—were not clearly explained.

My account was later deactivated for holding positions over the weekend. When I logged in at approximately 9:50 p.m. UK time on Friday, the market was already closed, so I could not close them. On other days, trading had remained available until around 11:00 p.m. I genuinely believed the positions had simply been frozen until the market reopened. They also had Stop Loss and Take Profit orders in place.

Instead of acknowledging that the deadline had not been communicated clearly, the company simply told me I had not purchased the weekend-holding option and should have closed the positions. The account was deactivated, and I was invited to purchase another challenge. This left me with the impression that the company waits for traders to make mistakes rather than helping them understand and follow the rules.

My first payout was another serious problem. I requested it more than two months ago and waited over a month to receive the money. During that period, I was unable to trade. Although the company responded to my emails, I was repeatedly told that the payment had already been sent and should be in my account. I was eventually advised to contact my bank. However, when I requested written proof of payment that I could show the bank, the money arrived two days later. This made the earlier information I had received appear inaccurate and seriously damaged my trust in the company.

Based on my experience, I would not use TTT Markets again. Anyone considering this firm should request a complete written copy of every rule—including weekend restrictions, exact closing times and payout procedures—before paying for a challenge. The headline loss percentages are not enough to understand all the conditions that can result in an account being terminated.

A fantastic company a very efficient set up, great communication from staff and speedy responses which were efficiently settled when any issues arose. Finally the most important thing fast payouts !! Everything you need from a prop trading firm, I highly recommend!

I purchased an instant funded account, reached the 6% profit target and put in a claim. They acknowledged receipt but have not made payment. After multiple emails they have been unresponsive. If they can't afford $300 I would not trust them at all.

I am adding some more details to my previous review as the issue is still going and we were unable to settle it down. Though these are not the final and all the concerns because i am looking into things in my free time. I will surely keep adding new information and in my next review i will request Trustpilot to give me a facility to add screenshots in my review to support my concerns. TTT Markets terminated my funded account for an alleged “weekend holding” breach, but several things do not add up. During the challenge phase, the dashboard always updated trades and P/L in real time. However, after the alleged breach, the dashboard showed Live Data with no floating P/L or drawdown, even though the MT5 report they later provided claims multiple EURUSD trades remained open and the account was in drawdown.

I also received an automated breach email, yet the dashboard continued to show the account as Active for days afterwards, with no breach notification visible. Even now, the account still appears active on the dashboard.

Another concern is that the EURUSD trades shown in their MT5 HTML report do not appear in the dashboard trade history, while only two “alien”large trades (100 and 200 lots mentioned in my 1st review with inconsistent p&l) appear in one recent-trades section and are missing from another “last 10 trades” section.

I formally requested the original MT5 deal history, order history, server logs, audit logs, millisecond timestamps, and a digitally authenticated server export. Instead, they provided only an editable HTML report, which is not sufficient to independently verify the authenticity of the underlying trading records.

I am not alleging fraud at this stage, but the inconsistencies between the dashboard, the breach notification, and the MT5 report raise serious concerns about the transparency of the review process.
I will add another review with some more information and concerns after analysing some data which I have collected.

After having issues with payout speed and support, Archie who is the CEO personally contacted me and apologised and said that going forward things in general will be more straightforward for traders with TTT. I will continue with them and report on my next payout to keep you all informed.
