Some of the best customer service I have ever received on an online order. They respond to your questions very quickly and are extremely helpful. They keep you updated throughout the entire process of ordering up to the delivery and beyond.

Great customer service, unfortunately our delivery chap was less than diligent and put the package over our garden gate ( even though we were in!) our 50kg Rottie enjoyed destroying the package!!! However, Annie came to our rescue sorted out our problem, reordered our eaten package and has been brilliant at keeping us up to date.

I submitted a customer service request by email. Zoomie responded in a timely manner and answered my question. I then had a follow-up question and the customer service agent Anne responded to my second question. And the correspondence continued as I had further questions. Each time Anne got back to me right away. I got all the information I needed to make my purchases decisions. It was so refreshing to not only get Anne's attention but also that she stayed with me until our back and forth emailing was complete and I had everything I needed. So many times I barely get a response from other company's customer service reps and if I do, and then I happen to have additional questions, they never stay with me to respond to my additional questions. Thank you Anne!!

FINALLY, IT WORKS!!! My 6lb Yorkie has suffered for years with dandruff-like skin and that horrible corn chip smell. I mean his whole body was covered with flakes. I would use a flea comb on him and just gobs of skin came off every time. We did all the shampoo treatments, apoquel, Cytopoint shots, etc etc and nothing worked. I was about to put him on a very strict vegan diet which was going to be really tough on the both of us. But I saw Zoomie and thought I’d give it a try. It’s working. No corn chip smell and his skin is coming back to normal. I’m so happy that I gave Zoomie a try. All natural and I don’t have to deal with expensive meds for him. Wonderful product!

We have tried this on two four-year-old cockapoos and, in both cases, it seemed to provide some relief from itching and reduced the blemishes on their skin. Both dogs seemed to like the spray being applied too.

I haven't received the product yet but so far, the customer service from Zoomie has been great. My first question/concern was answered complete and quick. Then I made an error when placing the order and they quickly corrected it. Very impressed so far, I'm hoping that the product is as impressive.

Fantastic stuff my dog had bad Allergies this stuff worked wonders will def buy again next season bought one got one free so still have a spare for now

Paid for express delivery and over a week later item still not shipped. Stay away! Nothing but canned responses and unfulfilled promises. Not a way to do business. Not even sure the product comes from the USA with the tracking they gave even though I was told it ships from the United States.

My wife got Tryzoomie for our English Bulldog girl who was having difficulty with pain in rear legs. After using the bottle religiously, my dog is not showing any signs of improvement but is losing massive amounts of fur in chunks. This stuff is poisonous and it is a total scam. I have been trying to find out where they are based as they are crooks and need stopping urgently. Their products are not approved by ANY veterinary or human medical agencies and give no information about their formulation. Their website should be shut down too as it gives no clue as to location. They are also in breach of GDPR rules and should be fined 4% of their annual turnover including VAT. Someone MUST know where they are! I cannot believe TrustPilot allows scam reviews but that is what appears to have happened here for a long time!!

I reached out with a query with my order and had a response very quickly and my request was answered.

Zoomie is one of those companies that you wish all companies were like. It is not just about having a good product & effective procedures, but in the event of an unexpected/unforeseen “snaffu”, the companies that quickly respond & take care of it, are the ones who separate themselves from just “status quo” to excellent….Zoomies is one of the companies that is excellent!…*_*

Zoomie, was quick to get back in contact with me about my review. They were very helpful and gave me a full refund. Even though Zoomie spray didn't work for my dog, I would recommend for others to try it out.

Update 2 days of use and it looks hopeful- if it continues I will order more but remember it takes a long time to arrive in England and they use Evri which could put a lot of people off including me -

Zooming spray does work.
Fire red colored skin is subsidies same day to a light pink tone. Scratching and licking settles by the next day. His fur slowly begins to grow back. My dog is 11 years old and is a nervous fella. He isn't a fan of the spray..but it helps him so I use it. I give him treats after for getting the treatment on. He is happy then. I am a repeat customer. I recommend you try it. Give your fur baby getting relief and you will be amazed.
