Been sent invoices for tyres I’ve never had, now they have passed it onto a debt collecting company. Stay away from this company!

Ordered 2 tyres from this company, only one turned up. They said it had been delivered, but after contacting them they said it was stuck in customs. Never received it after a month. I then requested to cancel and have a refund. They cancelled the order promptly, but still haven't received a refund and it's been another month now. My bike has now been off the road for over 2 months now and I've missed all the good weather, thanks a lot!!!
Don't bother using this company, the worst ever!!

Complicated ordering of two MC-tires. One of them out of stock, hence I ordered an alternative tire, However, later, they still sent the tire, which originally was out of stock. After many efforts, they should pick up the tire at home. No label and no company showed up in spite of repetitive feedback that Posten/Bring would pick it up. Finally, I got a return label , which i printed out and attached firmly to the tire. Nobody showed up in spite of fixed dates. Finally I handed the tire to a Posten/Bring office and received a receipt for that, these days one month ago. I sent them a copy of the label and the receipt and received an answer, which indicates that this was a machine generated answer, or they did not understand a word. Through my correspondence, I have written to them in Norwegian, German and English, they do not seem to capture anything and/or do not bother to respond adequately to the content of the mail. I still haven't received the refund for the tire. So far , the two standard tires, have cost med NOK 7110. The letters ar politely formulated, but do not respond to the content of my messages. I will try to bypass the ordinary line of contact and try to inform the management of this disastrous handling of clients.
So far, I cannot by no means recommend this company due to what I have experienced so far.

Ordered four tyres. Tree of them came as they should. Fourth one didn`t. Won`t make a refound, couse the last one should be on the way to me. Parcel tracking without changes since 9 days. Bad customer service, no phone contact possible. Never again.

First of all they never deliver the tires I ordered to the given address, after several attempts they never responded to any emails. I called today customer service and after waiting 2 hours in line they just hung up, and stated they just work until 10pm, it’s is currently 7pm by the way :/.

I ordered 4 tires through Tirendo.de, but the tires never arrived, I waited 12 days and canceled the order, I recommend you not to order through this site, the money is still reserved on my account, this is a fraudulent company.

Their website is easy to use and has the listings of all the tires with EU standards and compliance. It was simple to search by tire size and then I was able to select the perfect ones for my Jeep. They fit, and roll smoothly. Shipping was really fast, it only took two days to get them to my door!

Terrible lying customer service and websites
Terrible customer service, several websites as fronts for them or supplying on their behalf. They don't care and are frankly gangsters.

Lying phone team. Was told 3 different stories about my order. First it had been shipped and to speak to DPD as not their issue now (seriously, oh and dpd where brilliant helping me sending emails of scans and everything), then it was "Just shipped today and you will have tracking number in 5 minutes", 3 days later no tracking number, next it was "Oh they are out of stock, we will send you more when they arrive" and phone call mysteriously hung up so another 20 minutes slog through their system to speak to someone.

Tyres missing. Go find them yourself.

Partial delivery? Go find it yourself.

Delivery time of 3 days? Nope because they ship from Europe expect 10 to 14 working days!

Correct tracking numbers? Nope we only have ones from our European warehouse to shipper, so it's recorded delivered and you have no way to track order. Phone for tracking numbers, get hung up on after 25 minute wait.

Refunds? 3 weeks later I'm still waiting on one, after they have confirmed tyres returned!

I've now ordered several sets with them in 2024, and every single set there has been a major tracking or supply issue which I've been lied or misrepresented to by their customer service team.

Placed an order for 4 complete wheels. Literally one month later I am informed by email that the product I ordered is apparently not available (???).
They then "recommend an alternative" that is more expensive and state I would have to pay for the difference.
Then I send an email pointing out the absurdity of expecting me to pay more after waiting for four weeks for an order that was cancelled.

Then they take over 24h to send a proper response. They finally bother to recommend an alternative that more closely matched my original order, as well as a discount to bring it down to the same price as the original order (what they should have done the second this whole issue started).

I accept the alternative, yet receive no confirmation or anything. 48h later I still have no clue what the status of the order is.

So off I go to Webchat/Whatsapp support to try and get answers. I literally sat for hours trying to get anyone from Tirendo to give me an answer. After being forwarded from person to person, and feeling that I had half the country of Poland playing hot-potato with my support request, I was finally able to get things sorted out (I hope?).

Ice season is here, and I'm still driving on balding summer tires. Now I sit and wait, once more, for the car wheels I should have received three weeks ago.

Hopefully these ones actually get delivered, that would be a considerable improvement.

Also, the fact that the "standard" goodbye message they use for customer support interactions includes "we hope to hear from you again" strikes me as the absolute cherry on top.

(there's plenty of absurd details I left out, all of them infuriating, otherwise this review would have been twice as long)

I left a negative review on these guys 2 days ago...now a miracle has occured and my 2 x tyres I ordered have turned up (only 3 days late! which is amazing given the Europe/Brexit issues). So all I can say is WOW! These guys do need some new people in their call centre, as the girl I got on the phone was not helpful at all (hence my initial negative review...). Anyway I ordered Cooper Cobra 295 50/R15's so they are a very specific tyre and hard to find here in the UK. Bravo Tirendo!!!

Order ID:36116729 I ordered a snow chain. I got a couple of days later a response "product is not available". I checked their website after the cancellation and the same product was still "Auf Lager". I sent an email to their email address but no response.
