My order(Dog coolmat) has not arrived. The DHL tracking number was provided, but the tracking has been stuck for a long time with no further updates.
They reply very quickly with automated messages, but they do not actually solve the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to close my PayPal dispute and offered only a 30% refund.
I have not received my order and I am requesting a full refund. The customer service experience has been very disappointing. Be careful when ordering from this company.
