I was a bit skeptical at first, but I received my ticket well in advance of the event. The ticket was genuine and gave me access without any issues. It was a bit expensive, but I guess that is what you can expect when the venue is sold out. Overall, everything worked out perfectly.

No mention of when tickets will be send out - customer service told me 24 hours before the event - still no tickets , now telling me they'll be send out on the morning of the event which makes it impossible for me to resell eventhough I can't attend the event in the end.

The tickets you ordered were only released on the morning of the event. This is a usual way of delivering in the Netherlands. The time is sometimes even changed at the last moment. Every question you asked about this was answered within a few minutes. We even sent you proof. We understand that this is not ideal as a buyer and that it can leave you uncertain, but this is something over which we unfortunately have no influence. In the end, you received the tickets immediately after they were released and experienced a lovely party.

Unprofessional service – refund conditioned on removing review
I purchased a ticket through this platform and requested a refund shortly after, as the ticket was not what I intended to buy.
Initially, customer support informed me that although refunds are not normally guaranteed, they were willing to process one. However, after I left a review describing my experience, they changed their position and explicitly stated that they would no longer assist with the refund unless I removed my review.
This is highly unprofessional and concerning. Conditioning customer support or refunds on the removal of a review is not acceptable and undermines trust.
Communication has been inconsistent, and timelines were unclear. I was told to wait for a response from the seller, but no clear follow-up or resolution has been provided.
While I understand that event tickets often do not come with a standard right to refund, the issue here is not the policy itself — it is the way customer service handled the situation and attempted to pressure me into deleting a review.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform.

Dear Isaac, Sorry, but this doesn't make any sense at all. You ordered a ticket on our website and then told us that you are entitled to a refund. Despite the unfriendly tone, we immediately explained the procedure here, but that it will most likely turn out fine. So even though you are not entitled to this, we just wanted to help you and give you the refund. All we have asked of you is to be patient so that we could get everything started. After you wrote a very unfair bad review here, we immediately contacted you to explain that you would simply receive the refund. And indeed whether you want to delete the review. You have no intention of listening to us or of just solving it neatly and you also leave the review. Then it's not surprising that we leave it at that, right? Of course, you will receive your ticket from us as you have waived the refund yourself. We are always open to communicating about this and finding a suitable solution! We are known for clear and good communication and this was no different in this case. We regret that you have this feeling, but unfortunately we do not feel that we can change this.
Worked for me - good service
It's a good choice if you don't wanna rely on raffles on other sites. You pay the premium, but get the tickets. Communication was fast and clear.

Great service.
Bought tickets for Music On Festival and was quite sceptical at first but received great communication via WhatsApp and were sent our personalised tickets within a week. Had no problems entering the event. 10/10 would recommend.
