I got premium and it didn't work. Tried messaging, then Telegram then email and all unresponsive. I don't know what I can do next. Their contact form on their site doesn't work either and neither does their WhatsApp function for contacting them.

I used TiviMate on an NVIDIA Shield Pro for quite a while, but unfortunately the experience has become very disappointing.

The biggest problem is performance. Adding a new provider or updating a playlist can take several minutes. The EPG often doesn't load when the app starts and sometimes needs to be refreshed manually. The app also frequently feels slow and spends too much time loading, despite running on a powerful device like the Shield Pro.

The biggest frustration, however, was trying to renew Premium. The subscription/payment process is unnecessarily complicated and, in my case, simply didn't work. Google Play accepted the payment authentication, but the subscription was never created, and the TiviMate website offered no way to purchase Premium directly.

The price is also hard to justify. At around £30 for lifetime Premium, I expect a much smoother and more reliable experience.

I recently tried Sparkle TV on the same Shield Pro and the difference was immediately noticeable: playlists update almost instantly, EPG loads immediately, the interface is much more responsive, and purchasing Premium was straightforward. It also costs significantly less.

TiviMate may have been one of the best IPTV players in the past, but based on my current experience, I can't recommend paying £30 for it. There are now better, faster and cheaper alternatives.

None existent back up for anyone born before 2000.

Wouldn’t work on my TV and couldn’t use it on my iPad.

Refund request ignored. Avoid.

Bought premium it didn't work had to reinstall app it worked . Woke up this morning no premium contacted there email got told to provide my receipt number for a refund then never responded having to do a chargeback from my bank to get my money back .

Tivimate isn't worth having in the long run. URL constantly being whipped out and having to start from scratch. And after a while God forbid you loose your email with your initial information. You cannot retrieve anything from them They just take your money. In the long run a bad customer service!!!!!

Buffers, but not too bad. The bad part is that I saw where it was suppose to a free trial, but it didn't give me one.

Constant error code 458. Has become a daily occurrence. Looking for a better player.

Tivi mate is horrible. Dont waste a dime with this crappy service. It’s horrible. It buffering more than it’s playing. Evevery 10-20 seconds sometimes it’s buffering. Them to get help from tivimate you have to pay to get help for their shitty asf service. What a joke?! I rather watch paint dry and use my payment as toilet paper then to keep this shit! I’m so pissed right now. I have to watch shows I don’t want to watch because they’ll play and not the channels I want. Worst mistake of my life was getting this the date of experience had been the past almost 6 months since I had this crap.

I've used Tivimate for over a year now, using 3 different sources. I bought a lifetime sub. When you get a source to load up Tivimate, you get so many options on how to organize your display. I've had no or little buffering (if it was my problem or was from the source or Tivimate). I can hide any channels, groups, etc I want. I can organize my tv channels however i want. I'm very satisfied with it. My main reference for reviewing Tivimate is Smarters Pro. Tivimate is much better!

The app itself is very friendly after using it a few times. I installed a very popular VPN and noticed that my TiviMate channels won't play when the VPN is active. Apparently this is normal so if you get an error code 404 on TiviMate, just deactivate your VPN and it will work fine. But this is why I wanted a VPN, so now I have no use for it.

With the new 5.2 update, the app is terrible. Constant buffering.

If I add my playlist on another player app, it streams perfect, no buffering, with or without VPN.

When I load my playlist on Tivimate, it constantly buffers and gives issues.

The developer is not bothered to address people's concerns on Reddit.

Horrible app.

I purchased the premium version. It's installed on 5 streaming devices. I keep about 25 different playlists on most of my devices. I have recorded only occasionally without issues. Many users complain that TiviMate doesn't offer an EPG. TiviMate does not provide content in any manner. The user must provide a playlist. If the playlist includes an EPG, then TiviMate will display it. My only issue with TiviMate is that it is not accepting Xtreme Codes. This appears to be a programming issue. If a user converts the Extreme Code to m3u, TiviMate will accept it. However, who wants to type in that long m3u string?

The pro version kept crashing on my Chromecast with Google TV and could not get my money back. People should just use Jetpack IPTV

I love tivimates layout. Very easy to use... my only issue is the recording shows. You can set a recurring recording or record one time, you're preference but you can't have the app open while recording as it will make the recording freeze, while repeating the scene it's on. This happens repeatedly during the entire recording. I read that the only way to fix this is to have another iptv line. Ridiculous solution! Tivimate please work on fixing this issue!

Well worth paying for the premium version

Over all it installs and works well.
Layout and stream is good.
You will see that some features only work if you buy the premium.
At first the features they mention seem trivial. But take note, if you have vod and tv shows from you iptv provider, they wont work. There is no mention of that anywhere on their site or in google play. So you will have to buy the premium vesrion to unlock those. They will still show on your channel listings so you can browse them but if you select one to watch you will get a message screen saying you must subscribe to the premium version. If not for this i would give this app a 4 or 5 ( full rating )

The premium player is great. I would like to see the ability to play in slow motion.
