Really great items at a good price, good range of items available. Clear communication and swift dispatch. Only fly in the ointment was Royal Mail who decided to send my parcel to Aberdeen for the bank holiday instead of sending it to Norfolk! The Towel Shop is a vendor I will use again

The quality and service were great

Great value. Each item purchased (two towelling hooded bathrobe, bathmat and pedestal set and a type of fitted sheet) was half the price, but of equal quality.

Professional company offering quality products at very reasonable prices.
I have purchased from this company a few times and have always received an excellent service. Kept informed of delivery schedule and without exception arrived on schedule.
The products are of high quality every time.

I removed my original trustpilot review after the towel shop bribed me into removing it. I received an email offering replacements for the poor quality towels on the condition I remove the review.
This is not good practice whatsoever.
All the towels on the website use the same photos in the description, so they all appear to be of high quality, thick and fluffy towels.
However the two bales of cream towels I received were shockingly thin, more like tea towel quality.
The towel shop basically advised me they were 400gm towels so expect them to be super thin. They offered to send out 500gm towels as replacements. Note I was only sent out replacements for two bath towels and four hand towels (half my order), not for my whole order.
Seems towel shop do towels up to 700gm which are more expensive than the 400gm. So in summary, you get what you pay for, and it's far more economical buying supermarket towels, which are better quality for the price.
The Towel Shop is FALSE ECONOMY.

This is a really good opportunity to buy hotel quality towelling products. I bought the towelling hooded dressing gowns for guests which were a bargain. They are not pure luxury but are good value and nice on. For the price a good buy. I also bought two lots of eco towels and they are lovely. Again great price point and very good quality. If looking for natural materials at a good price point highly recommend.
