Prompt delivery and well wrapped packages meant my fragile items arrived in perfect condition.

I got send the wrong order, I contacted them straight away to resolve the issue and they apologised for their mistake and said they would send the one I ordered out and give me a return label for the other one. So I said that's fine, mistakes happen. 10days later and I chased because I hadn't had tracking for the order or heard back, a lady got back to me and said they sent it a week ago (I haven't received it) and they said it must've got lost. I asked for my money back and a return label to send the incorrect item back and I haven't recieved my money back or had a return label. I'm really disappointed, feel like they are lying and never sent it because they said "we did send it a week ago and unfortunately it was the last one we had in stock" so basically they can't send another. I want my money back and to return the incorrect item so it can be sent to the correct person, not too much to ask for.

From ordering to items arriving was very easy. I was so very impressed by the quality and care taken to package items to avoid breakage. It was like receiving presents for my birthday. The throw was fantastic quality especially for the price and the small and large apples were absolutely gorgeous and look fantastic in my newly decorated living room. They are really unusual. Was searching the internet for linen cushions. And lucky for me, The Wisteria Tree appeared! Just what I was looking for, beautiful 100%linen cushions, very well made with a lovely braided trim.
