Don't be fooled by this website. Sounds legit. Sounds American and above board but I'm telling you if you have a return you have to pay $35 to ship it back to China. I've had a few experiences like this with recent companies and I promise you you will never see your refund! When I wanted to return it, they said you need to send a picture, show us what you're talking about. You see the sweater is super itchy and has a noticable grid pattern on the front which doesn't show up on the website. They said you can keep it for a 15% refund. They make it so difficult. I promise you if you have any problem at all, you're screwed! Terrible customer service. Not worth paying for international shipping. My last return for a different company cost $35 to ship to China. Its been stuck in customs since July!

Had to contact customer service because I ordered the wrong size. They helped me sort out the exchange without making it difficult and the replacement arrived a few days later. Much better experience than I've had with some bigger clothing sites.

I purchased a "merlino wool" sweater on this site. i was promised a 10% discount which never happened and customer service was unable to provide any discount or information. Product arrives from China, it smells, it itches and it is anything but Merlino Wool, the length is not the same as the website image. No size label, no brand labe, no care label, the length is not the same as the website image, what kind of company sends product in this condition?

This company markets itself with an address in England and no phone number or contact information. They call themselves "Theodore Townsend". Customer service takes forever to get back to you and they do nothing to help.

The reviews below sound like AI, I did not get a customer service reply in 2 hours, nor was the sweater packaged well, it was thrown in a cheap plastic bag, then another bag, everything looks cheap.

Good selection for men without having hundreds of nearly identical items to go through. Found what I wanted pretty quickly and checkout was easy. Parcel came well packed and the tracking link actually worked the whole way. Will order again.

Really pleased with the shoes. Comfortable from the first wear and they look just as good with jeans as they do with trousers.

Repeatedly tried to request a cancellation within their business hours, they keep sending out promotions but ignoring my cancellation request

The shoes are so nice in person. I was worried about the fit when ordering online but my normal size worked perfectly.

Bought two shirts because I needed a few nicer options for dinners and work events. Both fit me well and look good without feeling too formal. I've washed them a couple of times already and they've kept their shape. Definitely planning to try one of the coats next.

My order arrived in about a week and everything was packed well. Tracking updated properly throughout which I appreciated. The polo I bought fits nicely and the material feels much better than I expected for the price.

I bought a sweater first because I wanted to test the quality before ordering anything else. It turned out to be really soft and comfortable so I went back for a dress a few weeks later. Both orders arrived without any problems. The prices feel fair for what you get.

The portofino jacket (the leather one ) is soo nice i bought 2 for my suns and they look so good in them. Wiil be shopping again here soon

The materials that are used are top notch, however the sizing is wack! I have ordered on 3 seperate occasions and each time the sizing is different, not the materials are so nice its still a 4 stars

I will definitely shop with Theodore Townsend again. The quality of their shirts are amazing, I have not tried their other pieces so i cannot comment but their shirts are great
