We had such a brilliant experience working with Jodie on our kitchen. She was incredibly quick to turn around an initial design, giving us a clear idea of what the space could look like even before we’d bought the house. Once we moved forward, she came out to check all the measurements in person and took the time to talk through different kitchen options to help us figure out what would suit us best.

Throughout the process, Jodie updated the designs promptly and showed us different versions so we could be completely confident in our choices. Making changes, getting samples, finalising the details, and placing the order all felt easy and stress‑free because she handled everything with such care.

We absolutely love the final result and would highly recommend Jodie, she truly cares about getting it right, and it shows in every part of her work.

Choosing a new kitchen is not something to do in a hurry and before we made our choice we had a good look around at what is available on the market. Jodie and Matt who are The Kitchen Specialists were a joy to deal with after fighting off the pushy attentions of sales staff at more well known companies and we’re so grateful to our fitter for telling us about them.

The build quality of their units is so much better than anything else we looked at. When I hear the word ‘Bespoke’ I associate that with high prices but their quote was actually the same as that of another, high volume supplier but we got exactly what we wanted which the others couldn’t provide. We already had a good idea of the layout we required but Jodie’s design suggestions and genuine interest in making our kitchen the very best it could be was great. After she provided the initial plan/quote we made a couple of small changes and she updated the plan/quote instantly.

We knew the lead time from the beginning which made arranging delivery of appliances and the fitting easy and everything arrived exactly on time as promised with nothing missing or damaged.

If you want a new kitchen look at as many big stores as you want but when you've decided the style you want just go to Jodie and Matt and save yourself the stress. We can honestly say there was not a single thing we were unhappy with so would recommend The Kitchen Specialists to anyone.

Working with Matt & Jodie was one of the best decisions we made during our home extension and kitchen redesign. From the very beginning, their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail stood out.

They took the time to learn how we live and operate as a large family (with cats and dogs as well) and our own requirements, not just our style preferences. The final design reflects that perfectly and fulfils all our needs daily.

All of the space has been very well utilised and is both functional and beautiful, with thoughtful touches that make a huge difference in our daily lives. Whether it was helping us choose the right materials, use of technology for the appliances (including the Quoker tap which is amazing and we would recommend to everyone!) or suggesting smart layout improvements to utilise all of the space - they did it all.

What we appreciated most was how collaborative and responsive they were. Communication was clear and consistent both over the phone, and with both Matt and Jodie both making site visits as the build progressed to check measurements and to make tweaks to the design where required (without compromising the end result) and they made sure we felt supported from the first consultation through to the final installation.

They worked together with the installers to make sure everything was installed to the specification that was required and assisted where needed, always being on hand to offer advice.

Now that the kitchen is complete, it has become the heart of our home — warm, welcoming, and beautifully tailored to our needs.

I would highly recommend “The Kitchen Specialists“ to anyone looking for a kitchen design company who delivers outstanding results with professionalism and passion.

We are over the moon with our dream kitchen and it’s all thanks to The Kitchen Specialists. Like most people, we nearly went with one of the big-name companies, but I’m so glad we didn’t. If you’re looking for a kitchen - honestly, reach out to this amazing husband-and-wife team – their experience and care really shine through.

Jodie was just brilliant, from start to finish she was calm, supportive and always there to help my wife and me with designs, options and samples. Nothing was ever too much trouble and certainly made what could have been a stressful process really enjoyable.

The turnaround time and communication were fantastic and both Jodie and Matt worked so closely with our fitting team, who were full of praise for them too. Even when I accidentally damaged a drawer, it was no problem – they quickly replaced it and even gave us gifts to say thank you for choosing them, which was such a thoughtful touch.

We honestly couldn’t recommend The Kitchen Specialists enough. They’ve been incredible from start to finish, and we’re so grateful for everything they’ve done.

Price was very reasonable and listen to what we wanted and came up with a great design. Everything was delivered on time, can’t fault the service they provided and quality of kitchen.
