SO EXPENSIVE.
Unfortunately, the restaurant charges a subscription from 40 euro to to 'The Fork' and at least 3.50 euros per person for each person who books. Purtoppo il ristorante paga un abbonamento a 'the fork' e almeno 3,5 euro a persona per ogni persona che prenota.

The place, the pizze and the staff were all perfect!

Be careful when using this App. The follow up reminder processes are inefficient - you only get a reminder just before the booking date and it doesn't tell you on the app whether cancelling will trigger a charge. I tried to talk to someone after I incurred a £100 charge from the restaurant because I cancelled using the App. The App did not alert me to the charge, otherwise I wouldn't have cancelled. I could only have a "chat" with a chatbot, which was absolutely terrible, basically quoting the small print and saying tough luck!! I wont use the App again. Open Table is much better.

I set up an account. Almost immediately I was sent lots of Yums (fidelity points) promo codes, which is to encourage you to make bookings. So I used the app quite a lot and ended up with enough Yums for 4 x 50 euros reduction. Then their AI decided I had abused their system and suspended my account! They said I have multiple accounts which is completely untrue. It looks like some sub-standard AI has done this based on my Yums count, but of course no way to get an answer from customer support.

So basically some of the discounts are good. The Yums scheme is rubbish because there are no decent restaurants that take them (as a restaurateur why would you?), and if you use the codes THEY SEND YOU and earn lots of Yums they'll suspend your account.

My advice is choose your restaurants then book direct. They'll give you the same discount without paying their commission, everyone is happy and you won't be surprised when you are about to try to enjoy your imaginary Yums and your account is blocked for some spurious reason.

I have been using this App to book tables for years. Today, I received an email for TheFork saying that my account is permanently suspended immediately. I don’t know what I did to have this result. I’ve tried to chat with the customer service but there was no response. It is ridiculous as all my bookings were cancelled suddenly. Moreover, I have earned 20000 Yums in my account and it cannot be used now. Very disappointed and angry about this.

As a huge supporter of the application over the last few years (when hardly anybody used it), I now find myself suspended.

Why? (you may ask). Why indeed! I DO NOT KNOW!

Called them, they could not answer. Online chat, again, nobody knows!

So you support a new app when nobody does. It gets big and they kick you off it.

Not impressed.

The last two restaurant reservations that I made with the application were never registered with the restaurant. When we turned up no table had been reserved. How embarrassing.

Excellent app which connects you to the local cafes and restaurants and offres a good range of promotions.

By using The Fork gives me the opportunity to to try out some great restaurants and save a considerable amount of money especially when the 50% offers are available. Every time I've used it the transaction was smooth with the discount applied.

We loved everything about Le Pavé des Minimes! Located right by a stop on Ligne B, inviting terrace with lots of greenery for shade on a hot summer night and even a pool to dip your feet (or even swim!), a friendly waitress and excellent cuisine. Super place in Toulouse for dining!

I loove the fork! Its easy to use, saves me money, shows me cool places, really nothing has gone wrong for me with this app

A significant number of restaurants where to go with discount and the quality of them. To have five stars please increase the the list where to spend yums.

An app that censors a simple photo of a glass of wine while claiming to promote “genuine” and “honest” reviews is difficult to take seriously. Its moderation feels inconsistent and often arbitrary, which undermines the credibility of the platform. If users can’t even post harmless photos that accurately reflect their dining experience, it’s hard to trust the app’s approach to authentic feedback.

The overall user experience is frustrating, and the review system seems more focused on unnecessary restrictions than on helping diners make informed decisions. There are far better alternatives available.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. The only reason I ever use it is when a restaurant I want to visit offers reservations exclusively through The Fork and there is no other option.

Booked us in at a restaurant only to cancel 45 minutes before our table time.
Upon ringing the restaurant to find out why we were informed they don't even take bookings!
Do not use!!

Easy booking system. Mostly use Fork when on holiday abroad in Spain and Portugal, lots of choice of restaurants. None in Greece though! Sometimes menus could be clearer even if it's a bit selfish to have everything in English to understand what is on offer. Reviews and ratings generally helpful.

Finding restaurants with discounts in your area is very easy, highly recommend using the Fork App.
