AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Delivered the wrong item and now wont respond to me. Ive bought off this company twice. The first time i was charged twice and i had to do a chargeback through my bank, i took them at their word that the fault wasnt on their side and it must be something to do with stripe or the card company. The second order i did with them they left out one piece of the order and on a second piece, they sent me the wrong item. I have tried to contact them 4 times and this time they refuse to respond. Ive been trying since june, so over 3 months to get a response and nothing!!! Im now down over well over 100 euro with nothing to show for it. AVOID THIS COMPANY !!

Zero Response Given

The accessory that arrived wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, though not completely unusable. I didn’t receive any reply through their website chat which ruined the overall experience for me.
