Order never came and wasn’t ignored by my concerns
My order didn’t arrive in the expected window, I told them beforehand that no tracking updates were being shown and I was worried I wouldn’t get my thesis in time. They continually brushed me off and told me to keep waiting, even the day before I was supposed to present my thesis for graduation (and they knew). They told me to keep waiting another 8 hours, then that evening emailed me saying they could reprint it and I could come pick it up if I drove to their office 2 hours away. I’m an international student, I don’t have a car and besides my presentation was in the morning. Perhaps I could have arranged something if they hadn’t made me continually wait until the last minute when there was no longer anything I could do. I asked for a refund as my package clearly wasn’t coming in time and they told me I could only have a refund if I returned the package to them. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything from them, and the package has not arrived. I am still waiting for a response regarding a refund for the order that never arrived.
