Tencha is the go to company for all your Japanese tea needs

Firstly the teapot I bought is great, from a very reputable kiln in Japan, and not easily obtained elsewhere. Secondly they kindly let me buy it, because it was the last one, and held on to it for me while I was away on holidays, posting once I was back. Finally the two Banchas I ordered to get over the postage threshold are lovely; good isn’t all that available; they have four. A great first experience.

The Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea tastes absolutely beautiful—smooth, fresh, and full of flavour. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already ordered more, along with the Okinawa Blend Herbal Tea and the Sanpincha Okinawa Jasmine Tea.

Good selection of teas and teaware. Lots of information about the teas, the farmers and craftspeople. In addition tips on brewing the different teas. Teas are nicely packaged in sealable bags, keeping them fresher for longer. Delivery is v quick and packaging used is robust protecting teas from being crushed during transit. Ordering was easy and straight forward.
