I was disappointed with my experience purchasing a MacBook Air.

I didn’t receive an email confirmation after placing my order, so I had to contact the company myself to confirm what was happening and arrange collection for the following day.

When I collected the MacBook Air, the box was dirty and, more concerningly, it wasn’t sealed. As the product had been described as new on the website, this left me questioning whether I had actually received a brand-new, unopened item.

For a purchase of this value, I would expect clear order confirmation, better communication and a properly sealed product in appropriate packaging. Unfortunately, the whole experience has left me lacking confidence in the condition in which the MacBook Air was supplied.

Very professional in all my dealings with the guys. Would highly recommend using them.

Had a major issue with my Apple laptop. Screen stopped working! Took it to these guys and Wayne became my point of contact.
Incredibly thorough and professional customer service levels and clear and precise information and updates all the way through the process. Due to some Apple created hoops that Wayne had to jump through, it took a bit of time to get sorted, but that was nothing to do with Tek Store or Wayne. Really impressed by the service and information provided at every stage. And yes, my laptop was restored and is now fully working again after some careful and hard work from the Wayne! Thank you Wayne!

Went into TekStore Newquay as I could not get my black screen on my iPhone to move despite following all the google instructions. Within 30 seconds they fixed it. I offered to pay but they said no charge. So nice to find a company that DOES NOT TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. Thanks TekStore excellent service

Second time using TekStore in Newquay and sadly no fix again.(Thought I'd give them a second go) I paid £80 for the device to be thoroughly cleaned after a coffee spill but received the device with coffee still on the outside edges and screen, You'd think they would at leat clean that too. The guys in there just seem arrogant both times I've been.

The service guy Wayne was v helpful, polite, explained the issues, how to resolve and sorted my iPhone in the time he said it would take. Thoroughly recommend TekStore they are better than the official Apple Store back home. Ta v much!
