They won’t let you cancel the subscription even when it’s within 14 days

Well my experience is very much like a lot of other people’s. I really should have just done a quick google before even thinking about signing up. This app is pitched as being revolutionary on the social media channels and is far from it in my opinion. Found the app awkward to use needing to link it to various other apps in my phone to get it the information it requires to operate. The food diary is very basic there’s plenty more available that are 10x better for a 5th of the price. My macros were exactly what I’d worked them out to be using a free online calculator so that wasn’t new information to me. I used the app for 7 days it was horrendous and filled my every waking moment with anxiety trying to hit all the perfect numbers and tasks. I had no idea that’s how the app was set out. I didn’t sleep worrying about what I had to do the next day to get the numbers better. After 7 days I contacted support to tell them that mentally the app wasn’t a fit for me and I couldn’t even bring myself to open it back up. Little did I know that I was now tied into a 12 month contract. I thought by choosing the monthly rolling payment it was just that. Nope. Now I’ll be paying them £107.88 over the next 12 months. Support like others have said is just repetitive, throwing in there a “you can do it!” Which is weird when someone has made themselves quite vulnerable telling you that your brain just isn’t set up to work like that and it’s actually had a very negative impact on your life as whole for the last 7 days. I’m 42 quite savvy with stuff like this i feel very very foolish, but seeing how often is happens has made me feel better at least. All I wanted was a food diary I’ve got about 6lb to loose and then maintain no way would I have signed myself up for 12 months but here I am. I’ve asked for it to be confirmed in writing that my account is deleted and that this will not roll over in to another 12 months so I’m waiting on that response. They might boast many members but all I can think now is how many are just donating their cash at this point like me? Seems a few from these reviews. I will continue to track my macros as before using the free calculator online. I wished I’d not rushed into this, very frustrating and costly mistake. But a mistake that there’s a few of us in the team of.

The Protein Powder is the absolute best around. I alternate with the strawberry & chocolate, it is so good, not chalky , no awful after taste & service is prompt.

Easy to follow app x shop is easy to navigate and has a wide range of products and fast delivery

Fabulous communication, quick WhatsApp no messing about! Easy to use app and always somebody to Contact to ask questions if you have any issues. The bar scanner is brilliant.!

The absolute best by a million miles

Had no problems at anytime with my order. Updates were spot on as was the delivery. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from team RH again

I used my fitness pal for years, I have been watching from afar and thought it’s about time to give Team RH a try one week in, I’m liking the app, the knowledge and input was an eye opener. The members group on facebook is a great addition looking at how other are doing and the drop in sessions from the coaches loving the honesty and knowledge. So far so good

Easy to use very helpful, great app

I’ve sent an email asking for help but never received a reply- once they have your subscription they don’t care as you’re locked in for 12 months.

The advice is very straightforward and the app is clear and well designed.

Easy to learn and use. Has helped me alot in my weight loss journey especially with the information on what you need and why.

If I could give zero stars I would! ITS A SCAM APP DO NOT SIGN UP OR YOU ARE LOCKED IN FOR 12 MONTHS AND THEN RECEIVE THREATENING EMAILS IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE YEAR IS UP. You are better off using one of the many free apps because there is no weight loss management …Shocking customer service and a complete scam! DONT DO IT!

I think this plan is awesome and actually works for alot of people. However, when I joined and looked at the app, I realised quickly that I was not going to get on with it, meaning not for me. My mistake 😬

When going to cancel I was told very abruptly I couldn't cancel as I committed to the plan, even though I hadn't actually looked at it or used it. But because I opened the app apparently I lost all my rights to cancel.

So I've been paying the fee for a year for nothing.

Loving the easy navigation on the app, it has improved a lot and the support 👍🏻 well done Richie and team 👏
