Amazing customer service...goes above and beyond
Amazing customer service, I had ordered an item which they were unable to locate in their warehouse, they contacted me providing details of an alternative product, realising how great the alternative looked - I promptly ordered some more. I had not reached the free delivery threshold on either order, and they noticed this, and because the original order had not yet been dispatched, and the two orders together qualified, my delivery charges were refunded.

Absolutely fantastic wholesaler, this is the first time I have used this company and I had a mix up with address, I phoned them straight away and their customer service was impeccable. They couldn't have been more helpful and to top it off I had only ordered at around 3pm and I received my delivery the next morning!. Definitely 5 star company.

I would give more than 5 stars, really can't fault them, I live close by so I go to the warehouse and pick up and actually seeing what Your buying is very good, there knowledge of what's trending is very good and prices are very reasonable , I wouldn't purchase from anyone else
