Really good for sleep or calm your body. Relax, good taste, the Only problem I see is packaging, sometimes is hard to put the herbs out the packaging. But overall is a really nice product. 👍✌️

My order from Tae don Anam went missing in the post. I figured Mark the business owner could track it with An Post. Which he did, but insisted on driving to me and replacing the order the same day rather than have me wait any further. Stunning customer service.
I reached out to Mark because I knew something wasn’t right. I had this pain in my left side that I hadn’t felt in years, and I knew I needed to improve my gut health. I explained everything to him, and he really listened. He went through what each herb does and recommended what he thought would help most.
I ended up getting two different blends, and I also picked up the mushroom blend because I’ve gone back to college and needed something for energy and cognitive support. After just two weeks, the pain in my left side was completely gone, and I felt so much clearer in my thinking.
I would 100% recommend anything Mark makes. He’s genuinely passionate about his products, and you can feel the quality in them. You can tell his products are made to a high standard.
I have sampled & purchased a couple of blends of tea made by Mark & Jessica and they are absolutely fabulous. The combination of herbs and flavours are beautiful. I also had Taedonanam as a trader at an event that I was the organiser for. Collaborating with them was professional and supportive, they were so welcoming & informative to the community of people at the event and one of the busiest stalls on the day. I would highly recommend their beautiful products and their business, grá mór ❤️🙏
I recently ordered tea and I’m really impressed. The flavour is lovely—very smooth and calming. I’m trying to cut back on caffeine and have been really enjoying the process of making tea during the day. It’s nice to see the blend of ingredients in each cup. Looking forward to ordering another batch once I get through this one. 🍵
