I am an expat. Coming to a new country and dealing with the taxes is always a big hassle. With TaxSavers, I didn't even have to think about this. For any question or request I had, they explained everything clearly. It felt like I was handed my tax return on a silver platter.

The TaxeSavers team have being helping me with all matters related taxes for 2 years, from the most complicated tasks regarding inheritance taxes to just regular tax applications. They are very responsive, kind and straight to the point, they give clear quotations and explanations for each service in advance. The Service by Menno Van der Made was very good and efficient. Tax Savers may not be the cheaper service, but at the end, they result a lot better and as I said, efficient, so their payment is fair. Their friendly, personal, and clear assistance is excellent.

Post review I was approached and had the situation clearly explained to me about the mistake of an employee who was no longer with the company. After which I was offered compensational services which honestly, I didn't understand at first but were also explained and will hopefully be well utilized in the coming year. Honestly, all has been good with the company and their services except the one thing mentioned below. Everyone makes mistakes and its what you do afterwards that matters. My review has changed from 2* to 4*

This is my second time using the tax savers. The first time went well until I found out recently they done my provisional tax return wrong and I now have to pay 500+ euro back. All information was there. I should have been in box3 with my savings but it was missed, by a professional who I pay to do this. Instead it was found out doing my end of year tax and now I am paying for their services again with zero compensation. Communication was good and friendliness but they also pestered me for information I had already sent. Not sure I will be using again.

A very professional enterprise. Seemless integration with their website/portal makes the entire experience seemless and icing on the cake is that they take time to explain things over video calls giving you a chance to clear all your doubts and be assured of the service.
