Quick, thorough and very well priced. Perfect for small companies in particular with simple accounts who need a lower cost service.

I moved my company accounts to Taxflow Partners this year and the difference was obvious from the first conversation with Peter. They took the year-end for for my ltd company from accountant review through to filing without any chasing from my side, and they explained the adjustments in plain English rather than accountant-speak.

What I valued most was the practical advice around director pay and dividends, clear recommendations, not hedged waffle. They flagged things I hadn't asked about and gave me a straight answer when I did ask.

As a small business owner, I want accountants who are responsive, accurate, and treat my company like it matters. That's exactly what I got. Happy to recommend them to any UK SME.

So glad I made the switch to Taxflow. I have spoken to the team more in the first four weeks than I spoke to my old accountant in a whole year. They have been super responsive, professional and the advice they have given me has already helped lower my tax bill.

Despite my issue to locate the Authentication code, Peter never stopped helping and communicating until it was resolved.

Great company and great team to work with

I received unsolicited marketing emails from Taxflow Partners, including a follow-up message, despite having no existing relationship with the company and not asking to be contacted.

The emails referenced my business and appeared to use details taken from public business records. I do not consider this an acceptable way to approach potential clients, particularly for a professional services firm dealing with accounting and tax matters.

The message did include an option to reply “stop”, but I should not have to opt out of unsolicited sales emails that I never opted into in the first place.

This experience has left me with a poor impression of the company’s approach to privacy, professionalism and client acquisition.

Switching to Taxflow has been night and day compared to my previous accountants. From the start they've been genuinely proactive - flagging things before they become problems and keeping me ahead of deadlines rather than scrambling to meet them.
The biggest difference is how much time they've given me back. Their systems are straightforward and easy to work with, so the back-and-forth that used to eat into my week has all but disappeared.
Special mention to Ana and Mamta, who have been brilliant. They pulled my annual accounts together seamlessly and took the time to tidy up the mess left behind by my old setup, which I really appreciated. Nothing has been too much trouble.
Efficient, responsive, and clearly on top of things. I only wish I'd made the move sooner. Highly recommended.
