It has been 10 days since I contacted Taxfix to get my money back. Because, I am charged for 2027 subscription but I am not going to use the service so I want my money back.
And, they haven’t responded to any of my messages.
So, please don’t send your automatic reply here to contact you again.
Please just answer me.

Edit 2: I received my refund. I updated my rating from 2 to 4 starts. I didn't make it 5 start due to waiting for three weeks to hear from them.

Something rather complicated made very easy by Taxfix . Amazing!

I used Taxfix's Expert Service for a joint tax return with my spouse and paid around €180, expecting professional support, a thorough review, and expert guidance. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

One thing I find particularly frustrating is that Taxfix asks for payment before you receive the actual service or any results. After paying, I expected an expert to actively review and support my case. Instead, it felt like I was doing everything myself.

The Expert Service was added several times during the process, and when I tried to cancel it, the cancellation did not work. Despite paying for an "expert" service, I saw very little evidence that any expert work was actually performed.

For almost two months, the assigned expert did virtually nothing. There was no meaningful review, no proactive advice, and no indication that my tax return had been carefully checked. In reality, it seemed that I prepared and handled everything myself while paying extra for a service that added no value.

When issues later arose with my tax return, I contacted Taxfix multiple times and explained the situation in detail. Customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of receiving support, I felt like I was being pushed back to resolve the issues myself. The whole experience felt misleading and extremely frustrating.

Paying €180 for a joint tax return of 200€ (they said 400€ but the tax department gave less) and receiving almost no expert support is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, the Expert Service was a complete waste of money (NOT REQUESTED AND ADDED IN 2025) and did not deliver what was promised.

I would not use Taxfix's Expert Service again and cannot recommend it to others. Very disappointing experience.

I used Taxfix’s Expert Service for my 2022 tax return because I expected the assigned tax professional to handle the process properly and provide guidance if anything needed attention.

Taxfix confirmed to me in writing that my 2022 tax return was electronically submitted to Finanzamt Köln-Altstadt on 17.04.2024. However, I later received a letter from the Finanzamt stating that they could not find or assign my tax return.

I contacted Taxfix several times. Taxfix eventually explained that the return had been submitted without a Steuernummer because this was the option selected during the submission process. They told me that I now need to provide the Finanzamt with the Ordnungsbegriff from the transmission protocol so that the return can be identified and assigned.

What I find particularly disappointing is that I paid for an Expert Service, yet I was left to resolve this issue with the Finanzamt myself. Taxfix maintains that the service was correctly provided and has rejected my request for compensation.

For me, the main issue is not simply that an additional step is required. It is the overall handling of the situation and the fact that I expected substantially more support from a paid expert service.

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and the written communication I received from Taxfix. I would not choose the Expert Service again based on this experience.

Just one word Perfect

It was easy to understand, especially uploading documents. Moreover, the process was simple enough to make the process easier to understand.

The app is self explanatory, very easy to use and it has a nice interface.

I had a very disappointing experience with Taxfix’s Expert Service. I expected professional support and clear communication, but the process was frustrating from start to finish.

The flow of questions makes it extremely easy to fill in the details. I also admire the services as they acted really fast on one of my queries. Highly appreciable.

Very bad experience, they wasted 4 month from me and at the end saying we do not do your case, without any detailed reason or email or communications.
After I have spent a lot of time sending so many files and talking alot of things to explain everything, they could have said no at the beginning but they just wasted 4 month of me + now that there is only 17 days left to do 2025 tax they told me they can't do my case without any reasons or details.
