I want my money back. The numbers do not work and despite raising complaints and requesting help no customer care received. I have credit on my account and they will not respond to my request for a refund. very very poor and should not be allowed to operate.

Very poor experience. I needed an app for calling Britain from France but it was impossible to place a call. It either wouldn't connect at all or the call would drop within a few moments after connection. When I requested a refund for the unusable credits I had bought I got an automated reply saying that someone would be in touch. This happened twice, but no one got in touch. Visiting various forums revealed many complaints from users in France for whom the app doesn't work. So I'm 5 euros down with the app now deleted.
I switched to Rebtel, which works perfectly.

Everything was working fine up until a few months ago, where i can ring Latvia from Ireland - it just says something like "Cant connect your call. Please try again later". Both on normal and their voip app. Test called different country and it works. Ok, i contacted their customer support 10 days ago and still no reply. Tried a different app and that works fine, abeit a bit more expensive

One star as zero not available. Unable to connect and no customer service. Money wasted. Mytello works. Use that instead.

This is a disgrace.
Calls did not work from the beginning. They only rang and never connected. To rule out credit-related issues, I added money to my account so calls would not disconnect due to insufficient balance.
Before adding credit, support was responsive. Immediately after adding money, support completely disappeared, regardless of the amount added. No replies, no assistance, no explanation.

A non-working service combined with support that vanishes after payment is unacceptable. I would strongly RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS SERVICE.

It's been going a long time, with bad connection options, do not return payment. Avoid!!!

The old adage that you're only as good as your weakest linked applies to this company. I'd been using the service for years, previously to call the Caribbean, but China more recently. A few months ago, it stopped connecting to China and just offered an automated message: "Can't connect you at this time..." There is no reply from customer services and I want the money back that's in my account. They're usless and this makes the previously ability to make international calls meaningless.

Used Toolani for many years making calls to various countries. Recently - for the last three months - have not been able to connect to anyone in India. Have raised many request with them to try and find out why this is - all of which have been completely ignored. They are very happy to take your money upfront, but very reluctant to respond to any query. If you are happy to have no support, then they might be worth trying - but there are plenty of other companies out there that offer the same service and have customer support.

Do not recommend; you will buy a credit and will never be able to make a call. There is no customer support, and no telephone numbers are given to get in touch.

RUBBISH non-existent service.

Never had any issues, been using it for over 10 years to make calls from The Netherlands to Thailand. Clear voices and good connections.

Also pricing is very cheap, I don't it why Toolani has bad reviews, the app is extremely solid and has been for over 10 years.

This is a waste of money it doesn't work we have wasted lots of money and are trying to get back our credit. They don't respond to emails.

I was not not trying to connect with Toolani but a message opened saying I had been blocked and I should connect with the owner of the site to cancel the blockage . I have no idea how to find the site owner so I shall have to change telephone connection.

This service doesn't work. I paid credit and couldn't make any international calls. Contacted their support team several times and just received a standard message that they will get back to me. But they never did.

Company is shut down. My credit gone. Scam

DO NOT BUY ANY CREDITS .... Website contact number is showing a 'Netherlands test number' apparently Spain has been dropped so my credit is worthless

Yes, it stopped working and they just took all the monies of the people who have paid for a credit. A refund should have been offered... not happy.

Used it quite often up to a year ago and it was super. As of a few days ago I tried again but calls are not connecting. Actually I hear nothing for a while then comes busy sound and the party am trying to call will find a missed call from my number.

Support - automated message and nobody reverts, so nothing from that aspect either!
Also have older parents but now cannot call them any longer.
Same can kiss my credit left goodbye.

Looks like toolani is gone kaput .. not working in Ireland for the last few weeks. I still have credit which I don’t suppose they will be returning… not sure to whom they answer if anybody. Will give comreg a shout.
